L'hotel è in zona centrale, composto da due corpi separati: una meravigliosa villa antica e una costruzione moderna, che accoglie anche il ristorante e la spa. E' disponibile un comodo parcheggio con servizio di presa e consegna. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, lo staff molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliato senza riserve.

Semplicemente stupendo. Hotel a 5 stelle (meritatissime) di design della catena Hospes (una garanzia!). Camera ampia e bagno in 3 ambienti. Letti comodissimi. Colazione super nello splendido patio, circondati dalle fontane. Unica piccola pecca: La Spa, dopo una cert'ora, purtroppo, si è riempita di bambini urlanti...insomma...non proprio da 5 stelle.

A lovely hotel: I highly recommend it
The hotel is in a historic building in central Granada, in a modern very close to historic Granada. The old buiding is very charming: we have been upgraded to a superior room, with lovely details from 19th century. Reception personell is super helpful and charming: Martin, fro example, went out of his way to explain Andalusia beauty and must sees. An amazing stay, in a lovely place: it's like staying in a villa.

l'unico lusso in granada...
sicuramente il miglior hotel di granada. ottimi alla reception per gentilezza e disponibilità... comodo il garage sotterraneo. la posizione nell'essere centrale non è proprio nel cuore della città. la camera per essere 5 stelle è bella ma già un po troppo rovinata. entra luce dalla finestra al risveglio. e poi oggettivamente in Spagna per una standard senza colazione il conto è un bel po' salato.

Lovely stay. Conveniently located close to everything to walk to. Staff were excellent but rooms and bathrooms need a bit of work but were good. (like my room didnt have a bedside table but my kids did).

Hôtel situé en centre ville. Très bel hôtel. Chambres sur rues sont très bruyantes malgré les deux fenêtres. Privilégiez la partie neuve qui est toutefois moins charmante. Petit dej classique mais de qualité. 13€/parking. Personnel agréable et disponible

Pretty, but poorly constructed and LOUD
This hotel could be so much better. It is in a great location in the city, relatively close to most of the big attractions one would want to go to. The main building is gorgeous, stately, and charming, and the courtyard is a lovely oasis where one can sip a well-made cocktail and nibble on some nice tapas. The staff are all superb. Friendly and accommodating, which is typical for Europe, especially for Americans, who seem to be willing to tolerate the most mediocre levels of service in hotels. Our room was large, but the fit and finish were showing signs of age. Even the large wooden slab that separated the bed room from the bathroom was coming off of its foundation. Fixtures were old. The most egregious problem, however, was those big windows. The hotel clearly chose to save some money and install very cheap window closures. They were not sound proof - not even close. As such, we spent the night hearing every conceivable sound from the very loud and very active city all night long. Garbage trucks, passing vehicles (so many scooters), shouting revelers at 2 a.m. - those penetrated the windows like daggers. But even the quiet conversation of people in the courtyard below seeped through. The walls of the room are paper-thin. I could hear our neighbor brushing their teeth (!!!!). Two nearly sleepless nights. When we return to Granada, we will not be staying here.

Nice upscale hotel near heart of Granada
Very cool hotel well situated in Granada, convenient to walk around the city but just off the main busy roads. Service was professional, room well equipped with plenty of space. Only thing lacking was a view.

Amazing place for Granada
This hotel was a highlight of our trip in Spain. Beautiful elegant palace that has been maintained and used as boutique hotel. Everything about this is amazing. Luxury linens and incredibly friendly and helpful staff make this well worth the price. We didn’t have time but the comfortable spa seems relaxing and enjoyable. Clean and beautiful decor throughout.

A very elegant and beautiful hotel perfectly suited for walking around all the sights of Granada. Very large room with a large bathroom a very comfortable bed. Restaurant did not open til 8pm so we ate outside in terrace bar/restaurant and food was OK but limited. Staff were brilliant.

Historic Palace where guests feel like royalty. Great staff, very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was seamless.
