The courtyard and fire pits are awesome. THis is such a nice property, easy to get to from the highway, clean, new, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and close to so much.

Checked in at 7pm, went to dinner before going to our 2-bedroom suite. Upon entering the suite at 9pm, we were taken aback by how hot the room suite and each bedroom were. The thermostat was reading 85 degrees. Adjusting the thermostat didn’t even start to cool the room as the air out of the vent was just cool and not cold. Long story, shorter, front desk could fix and brought fans. No maintenance was available at that hour. Eventually, after front desk call the GM, a very nice maintenance man stop by 45 minutes later. Unfortunately, he didn’t speak any English and found it hard to communicate the issues. He adjusted the thermostat just like I did. Around midnight, it finally got to about 75 degrees. This made it still challenging to go to sleep. Especially for the senior citizen that was staying with us. The worst part of this was when talking about the situation with the hotel the next morning, he was very dismissive and told us that sometimes things break. He offered no compensation for this issue. The other staff tried to be as helpful as possible. DO NOT STAY HERE. (As long as this GM is running things!)

Hotel looked like it was run down and not properly maintained. The flooring in the elevator was literally buckling and filthy. The outside of the refrigerator door was so dirty that we had to wipe it down just to touch it to open it. The kitchen sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time with food debris and something that looked like burnt food sitting on the bottom of it. Both the bathroom and kitchen sinks would back up when you turned the water on. The room appeared clean but there were definitely areas that needed improvement. The staff was super friendly but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room size was awesome and the staff friendly and helpful when available. Check in process was a breeze. Some small cleanup was missed in the room before we got there but was corrected while we were out to dinner. Pool area was nice and the outdoor areas were also very nice. The breakfast was very good too today. We were on a main floor room and I guess the room above us had either a wrestling competition going on or dance competition as the the floor was continuously have footsteps pounding and then slamming from about 5 pm until 230 am nearly constantly. Tried calling the front desk about 1230 am but no one picked up. Needless to say our family had a not very restful night. Additionally the pool area while nice was drastically undersized for the number of occupants who wanted to use it with little regard to the personal space of anyone around or the posted rules. While we had hoped to be able to enjoy that feature, all we got was a headache from the noise and the feeling that we were in the way of the 50 people in a 25 person pool. Finally the pull out mattress on the sectional was filthy and had a large urine stain on it as there wasn’t any sort of mattress protection on it. The concept of and size of the hotel are great. Execution of it all left something to be desired.

Was VERY inconvenient that there was only 1 bag cart in the while building which is ridiculous, was very irritating & frustrating trying to lug bags from 3rd floor to main floor w 3 kids, otherwise our stay was nice,clean. Would of gave excellent rating if it wasnt for inconvenience of no baggage carts other than the 1.

I loved the customer service and cleanliness of the property. I didn’t really dislike anything other than the chlorine being to strong in pool. Everything else about my stay was perfect. I would definitely book at this location again and recommend to others

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a TV in both bedrooms. We used the pool and it was also enjoyable. Breakfast was served in the morning with lots of options and it was especially nice that they had dark roast coffee compared to most hotel that serve crappy coffee. Highly recommend

Great - room size, cleanliness, great continental breakfast, and great location! Bad- pool, too cold, hot tub- not hot enough, jets weren't working, and only 5 people allowed at a time, when there were so many people in the pool area!! In room- blow dryer broken, no t-paper, and the smoke alarm in room shoots a bright strobe light . It kept us up. Too bright!

My stay was great, very clean and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. This hotel was better than some of the big name hotels I’ve been to they also give you dove body wash and lotion 10/10 I definitely recommend this hotel
