Dear Barbara, Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you overall enjoyed your stay in our hotel. We are sorry though that the bed for the third person was not as you expected. We do not offer any rooms that are triple rooms, but we offer double superior rooms with an extra bed. This should also have been mentioned in your booking confirmation. I am sorry if this was not known to you beforehand. As every room in our hotel is different, we can offer many different choices depending on the personal taste of our guests. We are sorry that you did not like your assigned room. If the room is not a perfect fit straight away, we are happy to show our guests other rooms depending on availability. As you mentioned that accommodation for three persons in one room was requested I assume that this room was assigned to you as it is one of our biggest double rooms to make sure that you have as much space as possible in the room even though there was an additional bed in it. We hope to welcome you soon again in our hotel, maybe then in another room that is more to your liking.
