Very Nice Interior, Sketchy Location, Unprofessional Property Manager/Owner
This property is nice, clean, and the pictures are mostly accurate. The location & neighborhood is sketchy.
There was 2 bath towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 2 adults for a 4 night stay which is inadequate.
We were confirmed for 1 of the 2 units in the building. When we arrived my wife walked into a open door in the unit our paperwork indicated we have reserved to find it occupied. Fortunately, these folks were understanding & stated they had also been confirmed in writing for the other unit.
When I made our reservation on 12/14/23 I communicated to the manager that we would be traveling and difficult to reach for several days before arrival and stated that address and check in information we needed 5 days in advance - which they confirmed and agrees to in writing on the VRBO platform (this is in our communication record). I reached out to them on the day we had agreed to receive this information and even provided them additional personal information to relieve claimed security concerns but they refused to provide the requested information. They would not even give us an address so we could map to the location.
Our check in was supposed to be at 3pm 4/12. The managers did not send the check in information till 5:57 PM on 4/12. There was no prior notification that they had moved us to the other unit, no explanation, & no apology at any point tendered by the managers. Excuseless!
We would not book with these people again & will seek some relief from VRBO.
