Vacanza meravigliosa in luoghi senza tempo
Hotel in posizione strategica con una vista stupenda sul lago. La colazione è di ottimo livello come ottime sono piscina e palestra. Stanza nella norma, ben insonorizzata e comunque con una incantevole vista sul lago. Gentile e professionale il personale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La posizione é perfetta ed il panorama é spettacolare, anche la zona piscina é suggestiva e ben curata come anche la hall. Purtroppo vi é ancora la moquette in tutte le camere e corridoi.

Albergo di qualità, a parte la cena
Sono andata sul lago di Como, al grande hotel Cadenabbia, con mio marito in occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Tutto bene,(camera bella e spaziosa,hall da gran hotel) a parte la cena. Il mangiare era dozzinale e in più l'acqua minerale costava una follia. Infatti non si trattava di acqua minerale, ma di acqua del rubinetto naturizzata

Gentile Simonetta, Grazie mille per aver trovato il tempo per lasciare una recensione in merito al suo soggiorno. Siamo felici abbia apprezzato la nostra struttura. In merito al ristorante abbiamo 2 offerte , il ristorante le serre con un menù a prezzo fisso comprendente un ricco buffet di antipasti e dolci e una scelta di 3 primi e 3 secondi; recentemente è aperto anche il nostro ristorante A la Carte con cucina flambé "Al chiaro di luna" dove anche i clienti più esigenti rimangono entusiasti della cucina di Chef Ivan e del suo staff. Siamo dispiaciuti non abbia trovato una camera che soddisfacesse le sue esigenze , il nostro staff al ricevimento è sempre disponibile verso tutti i clienti , sarebbe stato un piacere mostrarle una camera diversa tra i 188 alloggi che abbiamo. Prima volta al lago
Sono stata in questo hotel per vedere il lago di Como... molto grande, sopratutto la stanza ed il bagno. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, in auto e col traghetto. Il lago e' ovviamente bellissimo, però devo dire che l hotel merita. Almeno per la notte che ci ho passato non ho nessuna critica. Anche la colazione a buffet era squisita. Le brioche davvero buonissime. Posso solo consigliarlo.

We loved the view of Lake Como and all the city lights across the Lake from our balcony. We loved our walks and enjoyed eating at the local Italian restaurants. Very cute and quaint village. We can not wait to go again. Very good location.

Grand Hotel, Grand stay
Beautiful spot. The location was perfect, o less then 5 min walk to ferry dock so access to all was very easy. Our room was great, we had a large deck which was awesome for morning coffee/tea or late night wine. amazing view out on to the lake. Service was very good, breakfasts were very good, better then many other hotels. upper floor bar was nice with music playing one of the nights we were there. Al;l in all perfect stay for 4 nights. I would definately stay there again.

The property overall is very nice and the rooms were comfortable. The view is also very nice from this property as well. I would say that the location isn't the best considering you need to take a ferry to the main villages in Lake Como. In addition the dinner here wasn't the best, it is very overpriced and restricted to a fixed menu. Considering the location of this hotel doesn't have many food options nearby it would be better if there were more options within the hotel. The service also was not the best - we were only given paper cups & couldn't get any room service.

I like everything except the hard pillows. They have friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well as the service. I highly recommend this place. Once I parked my car I didn't need it. The boat service stations are very close to the hotel. I visited other villages via boat services. They were very riliable and very affordable. There are other restaurantscwithin waling distance as well. The views from my room were amazing and unforgettable. My wife was very happy with this hotel selection.

Our room had a balcony which was beautiful with breathtaking views, but this is a very old hotel. The room and beds were clean, but did have an old smell and very outdated. At one time many years ago I’m sure this was one of the best hotels. I think they still use the same blankets they used when they first opened many years ago. We reserved the room that had a king and 2 twins which ended up being a king and 2 chairs that made a twin. My kids had no complaints they were perfect twins, but the room was very small and when the beds were made out it was very hard to move around the room. Obviously the hotel needs to update their bedding, paint the walls and refresh their lobby that has water stains all over the ceiling, they did update the floors there was no carpet in our room, but for the price we dealt with all of the down sides for the breathtaking view we woke up to.

Very dated and poor standard for the price paid.
The section of the hotel that our room was in was incredibly dated and in poor condition. Old broken furniture and very dreary. On checking in, they requested that we paid an additional 150, as the room was a double room, this despite paying an initial £200 via a hotels.com website. Today, I received a notification that an additional £64.99 was taken from my bank account, and we have no idea why. I have now raised a complaint about this hotel. Very poor all round.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Cadenabbia. Extremely clean and loved our view and balcony. Our room had everything and more. The breakfast was excellent again with a nice view, the balcony was spacious and beautiful. Hotel staff were amazing greeting us and making us feel welcome as well as ensured we were aware of all the amenities. The hotel was super close to ferries going to Bellagio. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our favourite hotel by far for our Euro trip.

We stayed at Grand Cadenabbia in Lake Como. The rooms were clean and the property staff was amazing and attentive. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in a good and friendly hotel.

The views from the hotel were stunning, especially from the 4th floor bar/terrace. Hotel needs complete renovation. Very dated and dark. Staff needs training in guest services. Not friendly. We did get a room upgrade due to the first room having the bedroom in a loft area with stairs.

Great Hotel
The room was beautiful and spacious, with a great balcony overlooking the lake. The hotel is charming, with the feel of an old Grand hotel, but with all modern amenities. We plan on going back.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms are quaint but the mattress and pillows & bedding could have been higher quality. The balcony was large with an amazing view. Close walk to boat rentals, a few restaurants, and ferry for easy cross to Bellagio and Verenna.

We paid more than 2000 euros for a room for 3 adults. When we arrived we were allocated a very small room with a potable bed suitable for a child but not an adult. We complained and were told to stay in the for one night and we could have a better room in the morning. We were then allocated a slightly better room but it still had a small child portable bed. After complaining again we decided to book another room for 1 adult and 1 room for 2 adults. We were quoted 1200 euros for one room but still had to pay the 2000 euros fir the other room. The shower in one of the rooms was unusable so we had to shower in the 2nd room. The staff treated us very poorly after we complained. Rooms very tired and didn’t even supply a bottle of water for guests or have water in foyer fir guests. This was a special occasion fir and we were extremely disappointed.

Great location on the lake across from Belaggio... just a 15 minute ferry ride. The room was small and uninspiring but had an amazing view. Service is great and if we had time we would have loved to try the pool, so inviting. Breakfast is wonderful, all while facing the lake. I would go back anytime despite the size of the room not matching the grandeur of the location and experience.
