Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, personale e servizio, servizi
On the property website it listed a refrigerator as 1 of the amenities that we’d have. Upon arrival there was no fridge there. We inquired about it & were told we’d have 1 put in our room. We didn’t get it till our last night there. Also we asked the front desk person to waive our 1st night because we arrived very the next morning & he agreed only for another person to say that wasn’t the case & start aggressively send us messages that we must pay in order to stay the duration we initially planned for. Just overall poor management & communication.

Dear customer:the refrigerator question you said really started when you came here without you said we went to buy it, but it was a few days late. But we gave you a discount on this question. And you came in at 3:00 in the morning. It was the night. If you hadn't reserved a room for you, you weren't there. We're full of rooms. Our colleagues didn't promise to give you a free night. We want to continue to improve, we look forward to your next visit!
