In the future with ALL Holiday Inn Properties, breakfast can be purchased the morning of, or included in the price of your stay as a package rate. First and foremost, thank you for your feedback and concerns you have with our staff. We will address this matter and train our employees to be more compassionate and understanding. Since, our market freezer is used for storing items to sell and even though it was empty at the time, we are not able to store items of such in the freezer, but, we should have provided better care for you and your guest in storing such items. Again, thank you for reaching out to us regarding this and know that it wasn't our intention to make your stay uncomfortable.
