The Digital Network, cable, internet, cellular service and telephone lines were down--no fault of the establishment--making check-in difficult. There was no waste basket in the room, and could have been problematice during a lengthy stay.

Property was poorly taken care of. Hair on pillows, sheets with stains, mold in the shower area. Bath mirror missing reflection areas. Stain runs on the wall in the bath room. Even though it said no smoking, it smelled like smoke in the room. No TV guide for channels. No WiFi in room. I can’t believe Expedia listed this motel. We should have demanded money back and left. Toilet supply line made noises when flushed! Light came through the outside door. Cement block walls. No wall had the same paint.

i stayed here because of the ice and could not drive back home, it was very close to my job. I pre booked a king and ended up with 2 beds. Also my microwave was very dirty so i ended up cleaning it myself. The staff was very nice.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Guthrie that is much cheaper than a B&B, you should stay at TownHouse Motel. Tony and Sandy Patel and their family have run this establishment for years. They are wonderful people and make their guests feel welcome. The location is walkable to anywhere you need to go in Historic Downtown Guthrie. The rates are affordable. The location is easy to find. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the pillows and towels are fluffy. When I come to Guthrie, this is where I always stay and it is like coming home.

For being a very OLD motel it was ok, the same for the, it was room was ok. The staff was unable to speak English. I was quoted $50.00 a day and ended up being charged over $70.00 a day. For this price I could have stayed in a newer motel on the highway. I have family in this area that I visit but I will never stay at the Townhouse again. They don't keep their word. Hello, the motel charged the amount that you made the reservation for yourself online which was $55 plus tax, with the total of $62.70. This was the amount charged not $70. We apologize if you’ve had some confusion. However, if you need to get a receipt of your charges we can definitely provide that. Have a good day!

It’s exactly what you think it is. Older motel it’s clean and safe. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Right downtown you can walk anywhere.

Clean, cheap, accessible
Inexpensive but very clean and comfortable. A fairly old facility and lacks a little bit in maintenance but very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. The room smelled clean and fresh. Very easily accessible location. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

Beds were terrible, only had air conditioning, no heat, and it got down into the low 40’s the night we stayed. Oh, and the toilet ran all night, I tried to fix it, but it wasn’t going to happen.

Tony and Sandra are the best! They are kind, considerate, friendly, courteous, and like family. Their rooms are always clean. They are spacious. The bed is comfortable, pillows are fluffy, bathroom is spotless. Townhouse Motel is the least expensive place to stay in Guthrie. It is in walking distance of everything in Historical Downtown Guthrie.

I love everything about this property. I was greeted by the Owners the minute I stepped out of my car. They are wonderful people. This is where I stay when I come to Guthrie. It is the cheapest, most affordable place in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Everything is within walking distance of this motel.

I have stayed here many times in the past and am scheduled to stay here again in May and June. The motel owners, The owners are the best. I've stayed there so many times that they treat me like family. Check-in is a breeze. The room is always clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spotless and the towels are fluffy. The location is great and is within walking distance of anywhere I need to go. Since I am a Season Ticket Holder at the Pollard Theatre, I have walked there on many occasions. The rates are the lowest in Guthrie, OK. Checkout is also a breeze because there is a place to leave your key. They even told me bye when I was getting in my car. They really care about the people who stay at their motel.

Was in Guthrie to visit Guthrie Haunts. This motel is convenient, clean and good value. Walls are a little thin! Fridge and Microwave were nice addition. Diner just down the street.

Good location in Downtown Guthrie. Beds were comfortable. Didn't try wifi. Tv and the outlets on the wall were not working. Full size beds not queens as advertised. Cramped,limited parking. You can see the water damage and' bubbling' on the ceiling that was painted over. Carpets are stained, room smells old and musty. The white paint on the wood panel was covering many places the paneling was unsecured from the wall. Many stains on the walls. Bathroom vent didn't work. No tub just a small shower. No outlets in bathroom. Towel rack was a board attached to wall with black screws. Loose black outlet covers in room. Outdated furniture. No dead bolt on door! Used two chairs to secure entry door and suite door. This was Room 122.

Hello, We advertise full size beds, not queen. Queen size and full size beds are different. We do have latched on every single door. We apologize for other issues and will try and take Care of these. We cannot do anything about our parking lot size as this is a city limit, we do advertise it is LIMITED therefore it’s first come first serve.

Horrorifying.
Extremely run down. Water in shower would not turn off. Rust stains on bathroom fixtures. Accidentally opened door of room next door with my door key. Unsafe and uncomfortable. Not recommended for any person for any reason.

Nice for the price
This isn't a luxury hotel, but it's a nice place for the cost. The staff was very amiable and accommodating. It's older, but clean and walking distance to the historic downtown and the Stables restaurant. Great for a one night layover.

Place is very old and outdated. Lifted tollit seat and it came off in my hand. Soda machine right outside my door loud and kept me awake all night. Place smelled like Indian food! And carpet fresh. Would not stay here again if they paid me!

Was pretty run down and old ! Staff didn’t restock coffee daily,only one coffee on arrival! Parking extremely tight especially when multiple cars in lot!

This where I have stayed for the last two years when I stay the night in Guthrie. Rates are great. Location is great. Everything in Downtown Guthrie is Walkable from this location, so you can just park and walk. I've stayed here enough to where the motel staff know me and know which room I prefer to stay in.

Poor shape and dirty
Lady at desk friendly but when I went back to tell her it was stale with smoke, despite being non smoking, she wouldn't answer door. Air conditioning so moldy we both left sick. Place was filthy, coffee pot had moldy coffee bags in it, shower was tiny worth no pressure... Bed hard. Litter all over parking lot. Not recommended

We apologize for the issues during your stay. We did have doorbell problems with a day so we apologize for this as well. We try our best to accommodate our guests- we cannot change the structure of the property as it is in a historic town so it is not allowed to change size. Due to it being an outdoor property we try our very best to make sure parking lot and outside is swept everyday, however we cannot control all litter from blowing into our lot during the day. Thank you for staying with us, and apologize again.

Had some employees stay in several rooms and all of them reported bedbugs.
