PUNTATINA AD HAARLEM
Giunte ad Amsterdam non abbiamo resistito alla tentazione di una visita alla citta', mezzi di trasporto eccellenti anche se un po' cari. Tornati in aeroporto prendiamo bus per HAARLEM e in soli 50 minuti arriviamo a pochissima distanza dall'HOTEL AMADEUS. La mia esperienza è stata entusiasmante e la visita al museo di HALS da sola è valsa il viaggio.

a un quarto d'ora da amsterdam
L'albergo si trova nel centro di haarlem, una cittadina veramente carina a solo 15 minuti di treno dal chiassoso centro di amsterdam; già la cittadina merita di per se una visita; collegata ottimamente, i treni partono ogni 5-7 minuti; l'albergo è carino, un po' vecchiotto ma non manca nulla; la mia singola era un po' piccola ma ci sono stato talmente poco; comunque pulita; personale disponibile; io ci tornerei

It is nice for a short trip
The hotel is old, and the bathroom is really outdated; when taking a shower, water leaks out. Besides that, it's quite comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast was very good.

Kamer was klein, bedden waren goed. Beetje kaal, niets aan de muur, stond wel op foto, toen ik boekte. Douche was in een soort van kast, erg klein en benauwd.Maar voor één nachtje was het óke. Ontbijt was óke, helaas géén gekookt eitje.

The only issue was the noise of the daily set up of the umbrella stands and the Saturday farmers market (at 4:30 - 6:30 AM!!!!!) after the noise from bars until 2:30 am. Otherwise it was a great stay and the views from the windows of our room facing the plaza spectacular!

Gezellig direkt op de grote markt. Onduidelijk qua inchecken, dat moet bij het aangrenzende buurcafe op nr. 8. de kamers zijn al 30 jaar niet gerenoveerd. Zeer kleine oude badkamer( nog met vlakspoeltoilet en vinylwanden om een douchebak) slecht regelbare douche ( losse kranen en de temperatuur wisselt) Zeer onhygiënisch tapijt op de vloer.

Notre priorité était un hôtel avec parking proche de la gare. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à trouver l'hôtel inaccessible en voiture sauf entre 6 et 11h. Et contrairement à notre demande l'hôtel Amadeus n'a pas de parking et nous avons dû aller dans un parking public ett payant à 400 métres et transporter tous nos bagages pour notre séjour de 5 nuits. Nous sommes trés mécontents de la réservation par votre site. C'était la première et se sera la dernière fois que nous utiliserons votre centrale de réservation.

Comfortable little hotel in a perfect location.
Location was perfect- walking distance to everything. I had a small single room with a comfortable bed and pillow and a small but adequate toilet sink and shower. Breakfast was included- omelette,croissant, bread, butter and jam, cheese and cold meat, yogurts, cold cereal, tea and coffee- that’s a bargain because in the Netherlands that’s worth €20! Note there is a staircase up to the 1st floor, and an elevator for 2nd &3rd floors. If you arrive/leave when the restaurant is open the elevator goes all the way to street level. Great little hotel, great staff and I would stay there again.

Perfect location
We stayed for two nights and had a real great time. The room was clean and had both tea and Nescafé which is always appreciated. There was a big lounge area with a nice view over the main square for the guest to hang out in, great for us as it rained a lot during our stay. The location is perfect, right in the center and only about a 10-15min walk to the train station. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Really nice coffee!

Simpel hotel in hartje centrum
Het hotel is simpel, maar de locatie is fantastisch, midden in het centrum op de grote markt van Haarlem! Kamers zijn klein en eenvoudig, maar er is een leuke woonkamer met TV, magnetron en uitzicht over de markt aanwezig waar je lekker kan relaxen. Ontbijt prima verzorgd, verse pistolet, croissant, omelet, beleg en thee/koffie.

Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.
Wij boekten dit hotel op het allerlaatste moment en zijn keurig geholpen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een hotel zonder poespas en mooi gelegen aan een plein. Wij zouden daar zeker weer boeken als het nodig is.

Voor herhaling vatbaar, een echte aanrader !
Alles was keurig verzorgd en de medewerkers verwennen je met een overheerlijk ontbijt, diner en een vriendelijke en vlotte service. Centraler in de stad voor een hele gewone prijs-kwaliteit zal je niet snel weer vinden. Hartelijk dank en vast tot ziens !

Arrived late but excellent communication about obtaining key and advice on stay Initial problem with tap on shower was responded quickly as someone been too enthusiastic turning off. Very pleasant stay and great position in the old square... great for Saturday market Lovely breakfast and setting, family friendly environment

De kamer is ruim genoeg, prijs kwaliteit klopt wel. Schoon bed, vriendelijke mensen, ideale ligging in stadscentrum, uitgebreid ontbijt. Brandveiligheid is me een vraagteken, gelukkig ben ik geen angsthaas. Maar daar mag wel wat duidelijkheid op de gangen zichtbaarder zijn.

Brandveiligheid? Ons hotel wordt jaarliijks op alle punten die gesteld worden in het bouwbesluit gecontroleerd en onze brandmeldcentrale zelfs door een onafhankelijk bureau jaarlijks gecertificeerd. Ik hoop u zodoende voldoende te hebben geinformeerd. Mvg, Mike

This is a very mom and pop style hotel, so don’t expect any push touches. Rooms are located above the cafe. They’re smaller basic, but have all essential amenities (though no fridge unfortunately). Mike, who manages the property, was very pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to correct a booking mistake I made - totally above and beyond. All of my staff interactions were lovely. There’s a positive energy to the place. The breakfast is small but very good. Whoever supplied their croissants and pastries - excellent. Otherwise standard continental fare: yogurt, cereal, eggs, cold cuts and breads. The breakfast music is very well chosen. Also, the cafe is really nice as a whole. The location is the real gem here. Located on the main church square, anything you’re looking for (including the train) is with a ten minute walk. There are countless restaurants, cafes and bars near by. By evening, things are usually pretty quiet unless there’s an event in the square. Remember to close your windows at night - seagulls get up at four, and they can get loud.

Great little hotel on the lively town square
Great little hotel right in the middle of Haarlem. We were lucky enough to have a front bedroom overlooking the main square. Yes, it was noisy, but we didn't mind (earplugs provided in case we did!) and we loved watching the market being set up and the bustle of the annual food festival. The room was clean, the bed linen and towels immaculate and the little extras (tea, coffee, shampoo etc) all good quality and replenished when used. The fan in the room was welcome in the warm weather. Breakfast was buffet style with a great selection. Staff were friendly and obliging. Late arrival was easy with clear instructions sent by text, email and WhatsApp. Upon leaving we could leave our luggage after checkout until our evening flight. A lovely stay, thankyou. We can't wait to return to Haarlem and The Amadeus.
