Molto pulita. Purtroppo non molto comoda da raggiungere se si viaggia con i mezzi pubblici. Inoltre, in questo periodo stanno facendo i lavori proprio davanti all'albergo e l'ingresso è difficile da vedere dalla strada.

De temperatuur op de kamer was erg hoog, dat was zeer onaangenaam. De airco deed het niet, en daar kon ook niets aan gedaan worden. We waren met een ander stel, ook hun kamer leek wel een sauna.

Im Hotel ist alles Tipp top. Sauber, modern, alles da was man braucht. Wir haben im Familienzimmer drei ruhige Nächte verbracht. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Anmerk.: Das Hotel ist recht nah am Hauptbahnhof, daher hatten wir gegen Abend mit den Kindern kein gutes Gefühl mehr außerhalb des Hotels und waren dann im Zimmer.

Das Zimmerpersonal stürmt einfach morgens um 09:00 das Zimmer, wartet auf kein "herein" oder selbiges. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung und lässt dann auch noch für jedermann die Tür geöffnet. Geht gar nicht so ein ungehobeltes Personal.

Zimmer für 4 Personen reserviert (2 Erw und 2 Kinder). Vorbereitung des Schlafsofas durch Hotel Personal hätte €25 extra gekostet. Bettwäsche etc. für die Kinder am Empfang erhalten. 4 Sterne Service sieht für mich anders aus

Beautiful room with modern amenities close to the metro and supermarkets. It's a short walk (11mins) to Hamburgh Central. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely return the next time we are in Hamburgh. A big thank you to Thomas for being extremely kind and accommodating.

Zimmer war super. Ebenso das Bad. Ich war mit 2 Kindern dort und musste für das Frühstück 28€/Person und für die 7 Jährige 10€ zahlen. 66€ fand ich eindeutig zu teuer für das Angebot und die Qualität. Ebenso das Parken, wofür ich 60€ für 2 Übernachtungen bezahlt habe. Klar ist ein gutes Hotel in Hamburg, aber die Zusatzkosten waren nicht gerechtfertigt.

Summary: Great property with professional and wonderful staff. Checkout wasn't as smooth as the other interactions, but being able to reserve a taxi for an airport transfer in the small hours of the morning took away a lot of stress. The location is close to public transport points or is walkable for most of the points of interest for a short break in Hamburg. Room: - Good size for the price - No slippers or dressing gown, which don't seem to be provided in German hotels - Slow charge usb ports available - Smart TV with YouTube, no netflix, casting or other streaming services - Basic kettle with instant coffee Bathroom: - Basic washing amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body gel) - No body lotion - Hair dryer - No rainfall showerhead - Consistent water temperature - Doorless design of the shower almost guarantees a medium to high level of water escaping Hotel amenities - Very basic gym, consisting of a few cardio machines, two benches and free weights - Free to use sauna

I could not fault the hotel it was one of the best stays I have had in Germany. Location -easy to walk to the centre and around or to use the transport links as everything was close by. Staff were friendly, helpful and the room comfortable and clean and was pleasantly decorated. There’s a wide selection for breakfast and food was lovely and hot. We ate in the restaurant last night and had an excellent meal. I would definitely return
