“Struttura rinnovata, senza l’odiosa moquette, in dotazione frigo, microonde e macchiana per il caffè. Tv e asciugacapelli. Diversi cambi biancheria da bagno + teli piscina. Colazione ordinaria. Abbiamo avuto bonus cocktail Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile . La posizione si trova servita dai mezzi turistici per i tour della parte vecchia della città che è raggiungibile, in auto, in pochi minuti così come le spiagge. Consiglio la struttura che è come da descrizione.”

“Had a couple across the room arguing all night long and was able to hear throughout the floor. Staff was notified”

“The carpet felt sticky, the staff was very helpful after a problem with my room she was able to find me a nicer room with a partial ocean view and she always referred to me by name which was very kind. The pool situation was terrible, no one was monitoring the people drinking alcohol with children inside the pool, the adults drinking never left the pool to use a restroom while the drinking continued non stop. Children were not being monitored. There were not enough seats for the amount of people...

“Property was clean and well maintained,staff was friendly,spacious rooms ,and very convenient location,they charge parking $25 per day,absolute rip off,rooms are not well insulated and you can listen everybody around you,so be quiet.”

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they a had free glass of champange and eclairs at check in, the gave us a free doggy bag with a water bowl and treats, helped us with early check in, the room was super clean, and the even had a little event for Memorial weekend by the pool. I'll be staying here again.”

“I would love to give five stars because this hotel has a lot to like: location by the beach, very clean lobby and bedrooms. Spacious rooms with balcony overseeing the ocean. Nice restaurants around and very close to st Augustine activities yet away from chaos of downtown. The only thing that was disappointing was the staff. No one seems happy to work there and no one tries to help at the front desk at least. We still enjoyed the stay.”

“Non vedevo l’ora di andarmene: la struttura è maltenuta, in totale contrasto con quello che abbiamo trovato in altre parti della Florida. Mobilio arrugginito, vecchio e scadente. Tentativi low budget di ammodernare il bagno hanno fatto peggio e sembra davvero che lo rendano sporco. Colazione in una stanza di una bruttezza e tristezza rara, mi è passata la fame. Esterni trascurati quanto gli interni e direi che il prezzo non era proprio modico. La reception da film horror, gentile la receptionist...
