Many thanks for your kind review. We have been renting and/or living here for many years and it’s the first time we have this kind of complaint. We’ll have a look but it’s very unlikely there are bed bugs in the property, as it’s extremely clean and we provide anti bed bug mattress covers which also offer protection against bed wetting, etc. However, we live in a tropical country and sometimes, if windows or doors are left open, small insects might get into the house. We’re also sorry you were disappointed about our property’s location. Distance is of course relative. The info about our place on Expedia states clearly that it’s about half an hour by car from Old Havana. But it’s near many other places, including some of the best restaurants in town. It’s was great having you around and we only regret these issues were not raised while you were here, as we could have had look at them sooner.
