Hotel a Heisson

“We stayed for two nights. Having a pool was nice and it was well maintained. Restaurant was great but understaffed, the lady working it was great but clearly overwhelmed by doing it all alone. She was very apologetic but great service and food overall. The rooms carpet was ripped up in areas, the furniture was old with lots of wear and tear. “Easy to get to, parking was validated and good wifi for working. The rooms are worn down and the door handles are a lift up which is strange but it worked for a few nights. It was close to a good Sushi restaurant and was quiet.”

“The staff was extremely rude when checking in. We had called to inquire about early check in and the phone call went well. She said because of the holiday they couldn’t guarantee an early check in but said we could check when we were close and if there was a room ready we could check in then. “Peaceful, quiet perfect for the Price”

“Room was very gross. I don’t think this place should be in business. I blew up my air mattress and stayed because I would’ve payed twice as much somewhere else because I had my dog. ”

“This place is not what you think. Old, dirty, outlets not working, and the shower didn't work.”

“The floors could use a good mopping, we had to wear shoes to keep our feet from getting completely black. The other annoying part is that it appeared that we were sharing the parking lot with people only going to the airport, it was hard to find parking. Also, all the equipment and other things stored in the parking lot.”

“Everything was great, the only complaint I have is that there is only one elevator for such a large hotel, serving 4 floors.”

“We stayed 2 nights. Everything was wonderful! The check in, the room, the pool, the parking. What would have made it excellent, is if we had gotten a housekeeping visit. Unfortunately we were overlooked, even though we checked at the front desk at 2:30pm after being gone all morning. We were assured they were coming. We left again until 5, but returned to messy beds & dirty towels still. Other than that, it was perfect!”

“Property needs updating, and an exterminator likely. Huge spider in the room, asked for assistance and nobody bothered to come so had to kill the brown recluse myself. The lobby looks really nice. Should spend that money on room renovations and food upgrades. Had icecream that didn’t even melt.
