Tiny Cabin Retreat Next To DuPont State Park

Tiny cabin sitting on the side of a small mountain with a beautiful view of a pond. Walk down with your coffee in the morning and breathe in fresh mountain air! Just a short bike ride to some of the best mountain biking and hiking trails in western North Carolina at Dupont state forest. The deck is huge where you can relax with your significant other, have a glass of wine and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen 😎

The space
This 275 ft.² beautifully designed tiny cabin has all The touches to make you feel like you’re in a Hip New York City apartment mixed with an old cabin in the woods. Beautiful real brick wall, dark wood and large windows looking out into a beautiful forrest. You walk out onto a huge deck that overlooks a pond with Mountain Views that has some of the best sunsets you will ever see.
We are pet friendly but since the cabin is only 275 sq. ft. No more then 1 large pet or 2 Small pets.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE CABIN. IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

Just a reminder that this small house has a loft bedroom. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CLIMB 6 floating stairs into loft.(only 28 inches from mattress to ceiling) and no railing in loft area. You will see the floating stairs in the pictures. ALSO NOTE THERE ARE NO EXTRA BLANKETS OR PILLOWS.( LIMITED STORAGE)
There is no stove to bake anything but there is a two burner cooktop that can be used to cook some breakfast or dinner and Gas grill on deck. We provide Maxwell House coffee.

Other things to note
There is firewood at firepit where you can relax and take in some pretty cool views. The property is private so you’ll be able to enjoy yourself with no highway or city noise. NOTE: GRAVEL ROAD INTO PROPERTY.. ( please drive slow coming in to and out of property. Neighbors walk and hidden drives) This is a 26 acre property for you to enjoy the sounds of birds chirping and frogs burping 😁

Great Stay!
This cabin was very cute and clean. There is a gas grill and a fire pit, which were not mentioned in the listing, but were a welcome addition. The porch is a wonderful place to hang out. Plenty of space for your dog to play fetch on the property. We found the sleeping quarters a little hot, but the mattress was very comfortable. Great location, 5 minutes from Dupont, 30 from Looking Glass/Pisgah, and an hour from the Parkway.

Relaxing tiny home nestled among the trees.
This tiny home definitely met our expectations. Cozy is the best way to describe this home. Definitely one of our faves for a relaxing getaway. From the first cup of coffee while sitting on deck amongst the trees, to sipping wine from the nearby Burntshirt vineyards. Close to Dupont state forest and must visit Jeter Farms to pick apples. Would definitely come back.

It was much smaller than expected but we enjoyed the stay. Very clean. The pond needs some attention but other than that, it was good for us for a one night stay.

Wasn’t able to stay
Wasn’t able to stay as the party prior to me never left the property and therefore I was not able to enjoy this cabin.. instead had to book somewhere else on a last minute notice

Hendersonville remote Tiny cabin
We loved the cabin except for the loft sleeping area. We ended up sleeping on the floor and on the air double recliners. We had our pet toy poodle and also you are allowed pets. You are not allowed to sleep with a pet in the bed. So that didn’t work out for us and we all slept on the floor with our dog. I’d recommend you bring an air mattress or ask the owner to provide for one going forward.

Amazing Property
This was the most relaxing get away of our lives. TIny Cabin is perfect, views are amazing,and the pond is such an added bonus. I could spend all day just sitting on the beautiful deck off the cabin- so peaceful. Very close to beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. We will be back next year for sure.

Really cute place. The loft was a challenge, being 6’2” tall but doable. Location was great and we had an excellent visit.
