We are currently having our elevator worked on so it should be back up and running soon. Additionally, we are a non-smoking property, however there are times when guests will smoke in the hotel regardless. Our staff does try to determine where the smoke smell is coming from when we are aware of it in order to remind the guests of our non-smoking policy.

We spoke with our head housekeeper that was on duty during your stay and it seems there was a do not disturb sign on the door. In order to respect our guests privacy, our staff doesn't enter rooms that have a do not disturb sign.

Hello,If you are receiving messages regarding your experience, it might be Expedia sending them as the reservation was booked through them and the hotel hasn't been sending messages.In order to see about getting a refund on the stay you would have to contact Expedia as you prepaid your reservation through them. The hotel is not able to directly make modifications on third party stays.
