Thank you for that information I have let the maintenace staff know to address the outlets. We have been clearing and saltling sidewalks as needed. I have contacted my plow company to come a bit more frequent during snow falls.

Thank you for the feedback. I have instructed staff to be inforecefull when it comes to noise complaints and to keep and eye on the camera if guest are comlaining about hallway noise. I have show Housekeeping your feedback so they can address those items. .

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the rooms not getting cleaned. I instructed the HK of Thanksgiving to only service rooms that were checking out. That way they could enjoy the holiday with family sooner. On Friday I did the same things since the Snow kept 3 of the Housekeepers from being able to make it into work.
