Great little stay
Cute house that has been redone and updated nicely. Has a great floor plan set up for just what you need. Nice beds that aren’t overly firm. Overall great experience and will rent again.

Perfect Bungalow
Our family loved staying here. The house was updated and decorated well. The owner provided lots of amenities, including coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soaps. The neighborhood was quaint and felt just like a movie. The location was perfect as well. We walked to dinner each night as well as a great little brewery. It is also a great location for visiting all of the springs nearby. Ichatucknee and Gilchrist were our favorites!

Great stay close to natural springs and High Springs offerings
We would stay again citing its location, value, and cleanliness. We were able to walk to most things in central High Springs including several playgrounds. And as advertised, close to several popular natural springs such as Ginnie, Gilchrist Blue, and Poe.

Very clean home
We enjoyed our stay at the home. The only complaint is we didn’t have any instructions or guide for the TV. We were trying to find a baseball game on TV and every time we tried to change the channel it would just spin like it was trying to think. So we couldn’t watch the game we were planning on.

Great cottage perfect location
Great little 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage just a few blocks from just about everything High Springs offers. Since it was just my wife and I on this trip, we each had our own bathroom! Bonus! Great location, quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again to visit the springs in the area.

Enjoyable stay in a charming cottage.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming little cottage. Close to several springs and within a few blocks of several places to dine. Ice cream shop was great and delicious food from The Steak Out. From booking to checking in our experience was wonderful. Mr Gabe was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Would recommend this cottage VRBO.

Mid-Week Stay
House was very clean and the decor was comfortable. If and when we need to stay in this area again, this would be our first choice. Neighborhood was quiet. Only suggestion would be to have a privacy screen on front porch on neighbor's side.

Cozy Clean Home Away From Home
The place was very clean and comfortable. We had came just a bit early due to having to leave our hotel and met with the cleaning lady she is so nice. Walked inside everything was clean and smelled good. Beds were super comfortable and we loved the showers plenty of hot water. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook. We loved the front porch I think we used it the most just to sit and relax. Close to the town, the springs for exploring and swimming. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice. We did enjoy our stay and will be returning. Thank you 😊

Good clean rental that’s walking distance from Downtown
My friends and I stayed in this rental as we were there for our trip to Ginnie Springs. This rental was clean and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown High Springs. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again.

Clean, easy, and near Ginnie Springs diving!
The property was clean and updated. The process to enter was simple and the host was easy to reach. We had all of the utensils and helpful cleaning supplies. And this was near our scuba diving destination of Ginnie Springs! It was exactly what we needed - thank you!

Perfect stay in High Springs
This is the 2nd year that my wife and my retired sisters have stayed at this wonderful cottage in High Springs. The location is perfect for a short walk to the restaurants and Brewery in town. It was a perfect base for our 3 days of kayaking on the Santa Fe river. Trish and Gabe are very responsive to any enquiry that we have. The house is perfectly as represented in the photos. We already plan to return next year.

Great High Springs rental

Excellent vacation
This property was among the best I have rented through VRBO. It was priced right, close to town and many area Springs. It was clean with easy access and simple instructions for departure. We will definitely recommend this to others and come again!

We stayed on New Year’s Eve! The house was super clean and very cute decorations! The stay is minutes from town and has access to almost everything you need! Short drive to bigger towns as well! Would gladly stay here again.

Excellent
Perfect place to stay in high springs for a small group. Three of us stayed for a week of cave diving with Extreme Exposure. Rental has Great access to town and local dive sites. Clean, quaint, and accommodating. Wifi and ac work great. Nice facilities like washer/dryer, etc. Will reserve again. Note that listing does not have accommodations for wet dive gear or equipment so you need to have a solution at local shop. No problem there…lots of wet storage at ee, so just plan ahead.

Looks clean, smells like old dirty ash tray
We came here to stay one night so we could check out the springs on the way back home to Florida. Looked clean, and had good reviews. I booked it because it was close to the springs, looked clean and was a non smoking property. From about 3ft away from the front door the smell of dirty ash tray hit me in the face, and got worse as I got closer. Once inside it looks very clean and newly painted, but the smell is definitely from someone smoking in the house for many years....disgusting!! I could not sleep at all, and had to put a shirt over my face to breathe without the smell, and woke up sick from being in there too long. If you are okay with the smell the place is fine. I was only in there for a few hours for the night and all of my stuff smells of cigarettes....terrible!!

quant, comfortable, quiet, charming. Everything we could need. The water pressure from the showers was very strong and there was no adjustment but that was the only thing I would change. Everything else was truly very nice. I will book this again!

Just simply lovely
Everything was great. From prompt first communication, to response on questions prior, before we got there, gabe was great. The directions to the home, and entry were simple. We felt safe. Tucked away, just as advertised, this little gem has plenty of room and furnishings as stated. Minor drawbacks are the house getting hot during the day. But spend the day at the springs and the house should be cooled off in the evening. Overall it was a great stay. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great location for Florida springs
My husband, adult son, and I enjoyed this property very much. The neighborhood is quiet and central to many springs, shopping, and restaurants. We cooked in and the kitchen was well equipped. We did bring our own good knives. Owner was very responsive when we had one small issue. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect stay for our family. It had the essentials as well as washer/dryer. It's just minutes from enjoying all of the natural springs and we liked that we could walk to dinner. The host was great and it was a quick but enjoyable stay in a neat little town!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location was perfect and the house had been updated so nicely. We appreciated the comfy beds, good linens, well stocked kitchen (including a few pantry staples), lots of cozy throws for the couch, and even shampoo and conditioner. We would love to stay here again, and hopefully will, since we have family in High Springs that we visit on occasion. We walked to the downtown area to enjoy the antique shops and felt very safe in this neighborhood. Many thanks to the owner for a nice stay!

Cozy modern-rustic cottage
Cute, clean, modern, and cozy cottage - the whole family enjoyed the stay and everything we needed was there in the house. Having the two bathrooms is great when staying with family. We cooked a few meals and all kitchen appliances and implements we needed were there. We also really apprecaited the coffee maker and washer/dryer. There is also a nice wooded Florida yard - and the biggest old tree stump I have every seen! Overall, highly recommended.

High Springs convenient location
The cottage met the online profile perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet and only a 5 minute walk from downtown High Springs where the Great Outdoors restaurant and the High Springs Brewery are located. The laundry room is huge and perfect for storing luggage or bags. The nice porch across the front of the house was our favorite hangout spot between kayaking on the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee rivers. The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances are new. We were a family group of 6 adults. The sofa bed is adequate but best for younger people. We will visit again. We would suggest that perhaps some wall hooks could be added to the area outside the bedrooms/bath so coats, etc could be hung up.

Perfect getaway and not touristy
No words to express the perfect time we had at our home away from home. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and had everything we needed for the most part. We did end up having to go buy our own beach towels, but no biggie. Definitely will keep this house in queue for future vacations.
