PPW at West Point
Great location close to West Point. Next to bar which can be a bit noisy. Step stairs so not for the eldery or physically appeared. Resturants are close and Ice Cream and bakery near by.

Convenient & Cozy

Great place when visiting Highland Falls
This is a wonderful little suite above a bar just outside the WP gate! The stairs are a bit precarious, but the accommodation is good if you need 2 bedrooms, and would like the convenience of a living room and kitchen. The building is old, but they did what they could to modernize things (think window AC units) and newer laminate floors. Only caveat for a larger group, is that there is just one bathroom- but that seems to be the case in many 2 bedroom places in NY! This worked well for our daughters cadet visit to WP, we could walk her to campus, and explore the town on foot!

Thank you for the wonderful review, Marci! Just to clarify for future guests …. This second floor 1200 sq ft apartment is not above a bar… my building is completely private with an empty storefront on the ground floor. The historic West Point landmark Benny Haven’s restaurant and pub is one door down. The living room and bedroom floors are real hardwood… with upgraded grey laminate flooring in the kitchen/dining and bathroom. The smart AC units are out of the windows for winter, I’m glad they served you well and kept the apartment cold 😉 I’m thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again!

Very nice place
I spent 2 nights in this apartment with my husband and we enjoyed it. It's very clean there, very simple check- in and check- out, the beds are very comfortable for sleeping. And Kristine was so kind and attentive

Would return to stay again
We came to town for a celebration of life for a family member. The apartment was the perfect fit for my little family. Walking distance to everything we needed, clean and super responsive host!

Nice apartment and great location
We were unable to fully utilize the rental due to "circumstances beyond our control," but the glimpse we got compels a positive review. First is the location. Assuming you're visiting West Point, the only two closer options are the Thayer (terribly expensive) or the IHG property co-located with the Visitor Center. I always prefer a VRBO-type properties with room to cook and spread out. This fits the bill. It is also convenient to all Highland Falls businesses. Next, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Finally, communication was easy and efficient. Highly recommended.

Easy Stay
This was a very clean and easy place to stay. If you have a family, there is plenty of room for a family to use the kitchen and eat at the table. The wifi and television setup are straight forward. There is plenty of pizza nearby. We did not have any issues at all. I highly recommend. The only issue is there is a long narrow staircase leading to the apartment, so this is not a good place if you have any physical issues with stairs.

Great location to go to Westpoint
My son was touring Westpoint. Great location we walked to visitors center and took shuttle to Westpoint. It was very cold so we loved being right next door to multiple places to eat. Clean And convenience.

Ideal location and perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent & they refunded some $ back after the deadline when we had to come in a day later. I didn’t ask for the refund but they did it anyway when they didn’t have too. Thank you & we will return!

This is the perfect place for a couple days visit to West Point. It’s a 5 min walk to the visitor’s center. There’s a Dunkin Donuts across the street. It’s quiet. It’s clean. And it fit 5 of us fine. Checked all our boxes. The only real issue is the stairs. It’s on the second floor and they are steep. Didn’t bother us, but some folks will have a hard time climbing them.

Excellent location for west point
We were concerned when we saw the apartment was next door to Bennie havens bar, but was a non issue. The apartment was clean, more spacious than we expected. If you need frills and fancy this is not for you. If you want clean. Quiet (NO noise from the bar!) And prime location to west point then this place is perfect. We were able to walk to parade and graduation. Owners were very responsive. I wish we had found this place sooner. Was a good choice for us.

Location great, we were able to walk to everything we needed on WP campus. Stairs to property are very steep & a common feature in a cool old building like this one. We did not have a problem but a heads up if you are traveling w/people unable to navigate aggressive stairs.

Very well maintained & comfortable apartment
Very nice 2 bedroom with nice kitchen, living & dining areas. Nice location, though parking needs some TLC and there is a pub nearby that can be heard (barely) from the one bedroom on Fri & Sat evening. Overall, we enjoyed the stay & appreciate the quality of the apartment, communication & it’s location. Thanks & GOD Bless!!!
