Dear Emma, Thank you for your constructive review. The Allie 528 is sorry for the experience you had at our place. The place has a morning receptionist who can speak English from 8 AM - 6 PM, unfortunately, she did not have a chance to assist you since your schedule is out of her shift, but she could have assisted you if you asked one of the guards (the male staffs you met) something, they will give her a call and she will response to everything you need even if she's not there.
