Hi Michelle. Many thanks for being a great guest and for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We try our best to accommodate both smokers and non-smokers and respect all guests equally. We keep a very strict non-smoking policy in our rooms and invite our smoking guests upstairs to our rooftop patio area. This might mean that non-smoking guests that pass through it will feel/smell the smoke as it's a public area. It's probably quite difficult to completely separate smokers and non-smokers in outdoor areas but we take your comments to heart and will think harder of how we might be able to do so.
