If you would like to get the extra chair into the room, we were grateful to arrange for you, please contact us anytime because we are 24 hours service. Our housekeeper would change the bathrobes when it was wet. So you just put them into the bathroom. Please contact to hotel directly and we are pleased to try our best for the arrangement on your future visit. Our colleagues know that you are not satisfied with the room, and have immediately arranged for you to upgrade the room. According to our records, you are only stayed in the small for the first night, and you indicated that you were satisfied with the upgraded room after the upgrade.
