Posizione comodissima.
Posizione comodissima a 2 minuti dalla partenza dei traghetti e 5 minuti a piedi dalla main street dove sono situati negozietti, gelaterie e ristoranti. Carina la piscina e deliziosa la vista dalle camere sul porticciolo. Atmosfera calda e familiare.

Buon motel
Piacevole motel classico, buono per chi come noi lo ha utilizzato da base per escursioni a Nantucket e Cape Cod.

In questo motel siamo stati solo una notte per una tappa di trasferimento. Soluzione motel spartana vicino all'imbarco per le isole ed al centro del paese. Colazione modesta.

camera e bagno sporchi, siamo arrivati 5 minuti dopo la chiusura dell'orario della colazione e ce l'hanno praticamente negata (solo il latte avanzato). rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente basso. l'unica nota positiva è la posizione del motel

Taken over by another entity that does not have its act together as yet. Had to check in at one property and find my way to the other property that was not staffed. TV list had limited accuracy to what a channel offered. Thin walls so quite noisy.

Employees make this place not worth staying at
DONT BE FOOLED! When booking, all these photos are NOT at this hotel, Had to check in, go to pool/hot tub all down the street. People down at the other hotel WERE RUDE! When I explanied that the photos on website sould match - she stated it did - i showed her it didnt and I was given a bigger attitude - asked at check in if hot tub was open she said yes - 2 hrs later - same hotel - different staff - met with attitude because I wanted to use it. Room itself and location NOT BAD AT ALL! Its the employees!! Need to have seminars on how to provide better Customer service.

A bit humide when we first came in. AC help to get rid of that after turning it on. Its a real tease to check in at their sister property who is also way more nicer.. but over its was fine.

So we're torn. We stayed here so we could get an early ferry to Nantucket and the location was great for that. But it looks like the hotel has been acquired by another one down the street so we had to walk down the street to check in. So not really convenient. And the room was fine but could use some sprucing up - the bathroom especially. Having said all that, we'd stay here again if we're going out to Nantucket.

We asked to ahandicap bath but there was no toilet
We were quoted a rate, but when we got to the hotel they added significant costs for no reason and were rude when we questoned.

Stay away from here
The room has an odor of dirty smelly feet. Toilet doesn’t flush. AC is broken. TV remote doesn’t work. The only light in the room is nearly as bright as the sun and fit for a police interrogation. Towels are filthy. Looks like sheets were not changed. No pressure in the shower. We have never been so disappointed.

First off, the staff was awesome. They actually gave us an upgrade from the first room that was assigned to us in error. The only issue was that the property seemed in need of maintenance. The balcony floor on the front 2nd level was in need of obvious cosmetic repairs, and the room was dated. The door was sticking in it's warped frame and you had to pull with a lot of force to open it after unlocking. We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and paid much too much for this room, but it is in an area convenient to walking to Main Street and the restaurants in the bay. We ate at Spanky's Clam Shack across the street. It was a little pricey, but the food was awesome! We would definitely come back to the area, but would probably choose somewhere else to stay. But, again, the staff we interacted with here was great!

Horrible, make sure which location booking.
For some reason, we were located to a different location that is basically an old motor court motel and we were the only ones there. I don't recall booking this property. Not what I saw in the photos. No services, no working front desk phone. I just do not understand why we were not given a room where we checked in, they were not full.

Yes we booked the ocean inn but we were moved to the sister hotel harbor view so this is based on that location. The hotel was beautiful, clean bright and looked recently renovated. No restaurant was open but a lovely cafe across the street.

Hyannis hotel bargain
For a 2-star hotel, the room was comfortable & everything worked fine. Just one irritation: having to go to another hotel to check-in and out. Not fancy, but reasonable.

Despite the description and photos on the site, this place is an outdated and run down motel. Check in was incredibly slow, towels were not replaced two water bottles in the room were not replaced. They have the nerve to charge $175 a night and add an additional “resort amenity” daily fee, even though there are no amenities. The location is great, but otherwise, we’ll…that’s about it. Find a better option, there are plenty of them.

Misrepresented on Expedia. No view of harbor. Basic motel drive up. Only window faced back to ally behind building. Additional property fee bogus- • no in-room bottled water • pool access- locked and in disrepair • partner property too far away and inaccessible • parking should not be considered a special fee when the property is a low end drive up motel Generally experience was one of a low budget motel that should ave cost 1/2 of the fee we paid.
