I always take my tenants' comments into account, but unfortunately your opinion is totally dishonest and misleading. You arrived at my apartment on December 28 as planned. You stayed there at least a few moments, since 2 of the beds were unmade. Then you left my apartment without telling me (I was only informed on January 2 by VRBO). Still without contacting me, you asked them to reimburse you directly for totally invented or inaccurate reasons. According to you, my apartment only contains one queen size bed and two single beds, when it actually contains two king size beds in the two main bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom. You also claimed that "the sofa was not the same color as in the photo", when it was simply covered by a plaid. You say there is no elevator, when there are two, access to which is right in front of the front door of my apartment, less than 3 meters away. You also say that "the bathroom window was covered with nylon and blocked access to light" when it is in fact a tiny skylight in the water closet, this skylight overlooking a void sanitary block which cannot provide any natural light. Previous tenants broke the glass in this skylight and we actually covered it with a coating to keep the cold out and prevent you from hurting yourself with any leftover glass. To be convinced of your bad faith and your dishonesty, it is enough just to read the other opinions of the tenants who have stayed in my apartment and which completely discredit your false statements. If I had known all this in advance, I would never have agreed to rent my apartment to you.
