Carolina I wonder why you did not afford us the courtesy of elaborating telling us why you gave us a 1. Terrible is kind of harsh for not having AC for one night.. we offered to change your room and up until you left you were ok, you had breakfast and talked to us very well telling us how beautiful the house was and how you loved the decor etc . You even ordered dinner and said you were ok with us relocating you to another room while AC was being fixed. As a business person it’s not fair for you to give a review that low WITHOUT a reason..
