Great place for staying in the greater MQT area
The space and location were absolutely fantastic! We came to ride mountain bikes and had an absolute blast. The house is a quick spin from the RAMBA mountain bike trails which was an absolute treat. Owners provided us trail maps and were super responsive/great to interact with. Highly recommend—will stay again

home away from home
it was a treat to stay, the house was great and the ability to store bikes and gear indoors was amazing, Amy and Glen have created an outdoor adventurers paradise. Felt at home and they were great to deal with. the addition of basic bicycle repair tools and a stand/bench to work on were amazing. Thanks for the great times! We will be back for sure

Annual Fishing Trip
Perfect location for access to all the lakes we fish! Great place for boat parking and fishing cleaning! Updated water system make in bathroom was a huge bonus. Property was all set up and ready for us to move in and get on the water quickly. This property is just perfect for us! Thanks Bergie and Amy for making our annual fishing trip memorable!

Great Stay
Our stay was very enjoyable. It was perfect for our group (4 adults, 1 teenager). Check-in was very easy and Amy, the property owner, was very accessible and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

Cool place!
We had a great stay! Amy was very responsive and communicated promptly. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. We didn’t do any mountain biking but still appreciated the unique set up of the place and would come back again.

Great place for non-mountain bikers too!!!
We were looking for a quiet, private place to be „home“ for a week while visiting our daughter from Marquette. I have to admit I passed over the listing several times because we aren’t mountain bikers. But on closer look, it was perfect for us: a private front porch to read in the sun in the morning, plenty of room inside, a private back deck with a grill that we used several times in the evening. The place is well stocked with kitchenware, paper goods, cleaning supplies, etc. which greatly simplified packing. We repurposed the biking amenities to suit us. We hung jackets & flannels on the bike hooks, we worked jigsaw puzzles on the workbench, and we used edges of the dry erase trail map to keep score for cards & games. It was all great! Hope we can stay there again!

Fantastic!
The house was very clean, spacious and and charming! The experience with Amy the host was great! She is very kind. Great recommendations for local eats, groceries and surrounding area. The caretaker was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this property for travelers going to or near Marquette..It's centrally located quiet and safe. I would love to stay here again the next time I'm in the UP.

Good again
I have stayed here several times and it is always clean, well stocked and ready for check in. Convenient to downtown very quiet neighborhood. Recommended if you are looking for a west Marquette County stay.

Convenient and Comfortable
The hosts have done a wonderful job refurbishing and updating an old style Ishpeming home without losing any of its charm. We loved our stay. The hosts also were available to answer any questions regarding our stay. They were very accommodating which is more than can be said for VRBO who were impossible to reach via their website.

Simply A Great Place
This property was the perfect stay for our trip to Ishpeming for some wither mountain biking. The communication from the owner, Amy, was excellent from the day that I booked, providing a lot of information on the area and things to do. The location is perfect for walking into town for dinner/drinks and in close proximity to a great trail system. If you are going to the area to MTB or just get away, this is the place to stay. Thank you!

Bike Race Retreat
This was the perfect place for us to relax leading up to and after the Mountain Goat Mash in Munising. The theme of the rental was a nice touch. Communication was great, the place was fully stocked and the care taker was pleasant. We will definitely recommend and hopefully be back.

Wonderful location and accommodations
This rental is very well stocked if you are looking to cook your own meals and even work on your bike! Very way town to navigate. Property managers did a wonderful job with responding to any questions and provided ample pamphlets and local restaurant menus in the dining room. Excellent location if you’re looking to explore multiple towns and sites on the upper peninsula!

This was our 3rd year staying here. Everything a MTB’er could need … Bike Wash, Tools, Workstand … Indoor Bike Stowage … short ride to Iron Ore Heritage Trail and RAMBA Trail Head at the HOB … easy drive to North and South Trails down road in Marquette

Mountain bike house
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the "mountain bike" house. It was very neat and clean. We were able to ride our bikes to the RAMBA trail head from the house. We used the bike wash stand to clean up the bikes and hung them inside. Wi-fi was slow, but we were just happy to have it! It was an overall good place to stay and everything was just as described.

Great place, especially for bicyclers
This place was very neat and very well set up, even if you don’t bike. We were impressed by the visitor friendly signs that gave suggestions of places to go and things to do. Additionally, you could easily find things you needed in the kitchen and around the house.

A bikers joy
The property was very clean and well stocked. For bikers it’s perfect. Access to trails, a bike wash station outside and guides to group rides and local activities inside. We loved the kitchen table that’s a map of local trails. It was fun planning rides as we ate.

Perfect MTB Basecamp
The property was perfectly thought out for all things mountain bike. All of the extra details catering to mountain bikers like bike racks, work station, wash station, and map room made our stay so much more enjoyable. The property was clean, well stocked, and centrally located. We really enjoyed being able to ride to the trails right from the house. It was a short 1-2 miles on the paved IOHT to the single-tracks. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

Ishpeming is an old town and hasn’t had the updates that Marquette has. , but we felt very safe in the apartment. Very clean and very well stocked. Owners are very pleasant and helpful with answering any questions. Comfortable beds and linens. About 20 minutes out of Marquette. We had a very nice stay. Thanks to Amy and Greg.

Perfect RAMBA adventure headquarters
This is a cozy, beautiful property. The beds are comfortable, it was spotless, and set up to accommodate anything a mountain biker could need. It’s just over a mile from the RAMBA trailhead, so super convenient. Zero complaints, it was perfect.

Loved our stay! Hide was perfect!!!
I met my sister and nieces half way for a mini getaway. This house was perfect!! Well equipped. Kitchen has spices, coffee, tea... The host has thought of a lot of extra details. The house is very comfortable. Loved playing games and watching movies when we were home. Area has a lot of outdoor recreational things to do, just what we wanted! Host was quick to respond with our questions and gave great advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great, quiet little house, close to everything!
I stayed here with my mom and her significant other. This property had everything we needed for three adults for a few nights stay. All of the little extras like spices and complimentary tea was a nice touch. Having dedicated parking behind the house was also really great. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet for being in such a dense neighborhood. I loved the biking theme throughout, you can tell that Amy and Glen put a lot of love into this little apartment! The caretaker Cheryl upstairs was very nice and quick to respond about a loose board on the deck. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again. Thanks Amy and Glen for providing a home with so much character, made with love in the UP!

Mountain bikers' bliss!
This apartment was great! It was our first time to get U.P. so we were doing a lot of sight seeing and didn't bike as much as we wouldn've like to, but we appreciated the many thoughtful touches for bikers--the trail map on the dining room table, bike storage & stand in the living room, biking decor & energy powder in the kitchen. Also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay again!

MTB Playland
This was our second stay at this property. It is well maintained and stocked. In our stays there is nothing we have needed that wasn’t provided. The property owners are extremely gracious, helpful and responsive when there assistance is required. We enjoy the fact we can secure our bikes inside and that access to the RAMBA Trails are less than a 10minute ride away. Looking forward to our next stay!!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! The moment you walk in you know you are going to have a great time. There is space to store (9) bikes inside. Tools and a work stand should you need them. A bike wash station is located outside. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for preparing your own meals. Plenty of towels and linens are on hand. There is washer and dryer in the basement that came in very handy as well! There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and our gear. Best of all it is only a few blocks from MTB Nirvana!!! The hosts have provided a list of group rides, guides and local bike shops in the area. They have thought of everything to make your MTB Stay memorable!! The highlight of the trip has to be our group ride on Wednesday Night out of Cognition Brewery with the C group. Marv (our leader) and Tom (our sweeper) provided us a great ride topped off with a ride through Chappers Bar in Negaunee! Looking forward to our next trip!!!

Two of us spent 4 days at the MTB dream house, what a great place to set up for the awesome mountain biking available in Ishpeming and nearby. There's great live music, Brewery, grocery store and organized rides all within walking distance.

Nice, clean, location and pretty much everything you need
This is a nice, clean, quiet downstairs apartment set off on a calm side street. While the upstairs is occupied you would hardly know it, it is so quiet. Great location to walk to downtown places. Under ten minutes walk to Cognition Brewing, Congress Pizza, Venice Pizza, Buck's Restaurant and downtown shops. Very well stocked with just about anything you will need with plenty of towels, soaps, kitchen supplies and more. If you are Mtn. biker there is a bike repair station in the living room. If you aren't a biker, no worries it just takes up a small space. Close to bike trail access and bikers will find trail maps, biking contacts and a schedule of group rides for every day of the week. While this is set up to anticipate biker needs and use, it is still a nice, clean place for anyone looking for a quiet spot in downtown. Great spot for two to four visitors.
