albergo che mi sento dì consigliare , con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , comodissimo al centro pur rimanendo in una zona molto tranquilla , la pulizia e gli accessori delle camere sono stati più che soddisfacenti . Personale molto gentile e disponibile . Volendo fare i pignoli la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata molto salato ma poco dolce . Comunque ottima soluzione

Camere comode pulite e abbastanza spaziose. Posizione comoda. Personale gentile, ma superficiale e incompetente. Ci hanno organizzato un tour e uno spettacolo in un pomeriggio garantendoci che avremmo avuto agio di fare entrambe le cose invece abbiamo rischiato di perdere lo spettacolo, già pagato, e non abbiamo potuto far ritorno in hotel dalla mattina. Abbiamo prenotato un loro taxi per spostarci per cena e si è presentato con quasi 1 ora di ritardo facendoci rischiare la prenotazione al ristorante e dopo avere speso una somma “esagerata”. Purtroppo la città è caotica e difficile negli spostamenti e loro dovrebbero essere più “onesti” con i loro clienti e non tentare solo di vendere tutto ciò che possono.

Late car payment because of traffic is refunded to you already. Istanbul is one of the biggest city, rush hours it takes time to move one point to another this might be change time to time we would like to see here again for long stay. Best Regards

Comodissimo hotel a Sultanahmet
Io e mio fratello siamo stati 5 giorni ad Istanbul facevamo una colazione abbondante, il banchetto della colazione ti offriva di tutto dal dolce al salato fino alla frutta. Da bere c'erano vari succhi di frutta, caffe molto buono, latte, thé. Grazie alla colazione non mangiavamo nemmeno a pranzo e questo ci ha permesso di guadagnare tempo per visitare la città. La camera per due persone era comodissima con tv, un bagno comodo pure quello ed il wi-fi. Le pulizie venivano fatte quotidianamente. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile. L'hotel è vicinissimo a tutto. Se ci torno risceglierei lo stesso hotel.

...again another fantastic stay in Istanbul at the Biz Cevhir hotel. All the staff are polite, friendly and professional. Everything was facilitated for us sich as taxi transfers and tours. Cant say enough good thing's about Turkeye, Istanbul and the Biz Cevahir!!

My recent stay at this hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room was the highlight, spacious with a large terrace, but the peacefulness was overshadowed by several drawbacks. Firstly, the laundry service was outrageously expensive - $50 for a bag of clothes and $7 per underwear. This felt like price gouging, especially with an inexpensive laundromat nearby. The room cleanliness was mediocre, falling short of expectations. The breakfast was a letdown with stale offerings like mystery juice and a two-day-old cheese plate, though the coffee was decent. The front desk staff mistakenly accused me in front of my companion of having a declined payment, suggesting we had to vacate the room. This error, later rectified as a mix-up with another guest, was both awkward and unprofessional. The shuttle service to the airport was unreliable, arriving an hour late. This could be a significant inconvenience for those with tight travel schedules. Do not let them make you pay more than 35 euro for the shuttle, otherwise just install the local taxi app BiTaxi. Overall, while my stay was enhanced by personal reasons, the hotel itself didn't offer great value for the price. It felt comparable to a LaQuinta in Istanbul. I wouldn't strongly recommend this place, but it's not the worst option available. If you're considering staying here, be prepared for a few disappointments and weigh your options carefully.

We stayed at the Biz Cevahir Sultanahmet for three nights in October 23rd 2024. Excellent hotel within walking distance of sites, close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great and included. Wonderful staff, Jafer at the front desk was so helpful. We wanted to give a special Thanks to Jafer and the staff from the restaurant. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Istanbul and highly recommend to others.

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere Zimmer und super ruhig. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Mauer. Es gibt aber andere schöne Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Straße. Da es fast ausgebucht war, hatten wir dieses Zimmer.

Decent sized rooms with en suite and comfortable stay. Few minutes walk to blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Small bazaar near the hotel. Expensive food near the hotel and 10min walk to Mcdonalds and sultan ahmet area where there are more restraunts but expensive. Good service from the hotel staff especially Mr Jafer who exceeded our expectations and asissted greatly through out our stay with booking airport taxi and advise on tours and getting around the city. Word of caution that many taxis refuse to pick you up from this area. Hotel is in a quiet side street.

Most places in the area are highly priced and little to offer with regards to space, this place offered large bedroom with study and lounge for half the price, the breakfast options was nothing less then any other hotels we've stayed at. Will i come back, absolutely and would not consider any other now that ive found this place.

It was a spur of the moment thing. Turkish Airlines made us loose our flight and gave us a hotel for two days suuuper far from everything . We decided to go to Sultanahmet and this was available last minute . A very positive experience !!!
