Dove la storia è in casa
Albergo nel centro della vecchia città storica, comodo e vicino a tutte le cose basilari da vedere, la struttura non è nuovissima e ciò si vede, ma comunque molto buona, staff molto disponibile, colazione, che è anche un pranzo, ovviamente con le differenze culinariche nello stato di dove si trova, la parte storica è ora molto araba, quindi mance obbligatorie e prezzi astronomici per stranieri, unica pecca del hotel la spa, se posso essere sincero, per il resto davvero un ottimo albergo, compresa la sicurezza

Wouldn't Recommend
My overall experience was very disappointing. The people at the reception were not helpful, and nobody was able to understand what we needed. We had to carry all of our luggage, because no one helped us. Then, our room was disastrous and extremely dirty and the cleaning lady didn't even change our cups nor shampoo's and body wash.

Parto dal presupposto che abbiamo prenotato una suite per tre persone la camera in se non era male ma mancava il terzo letto, ce ne hanno portato uno vecchio e sgangherato, al posto della rete una tavola di legno rotta insomma un letto deludent, e per questo che non lascio una buona recensione

The location is great. The hotel is old and beaten down but it's clean and lively. Its in the heart of a busy area so if you stay on the 1st floor the noise from the street will be a part of your stay. It's not too bad though actually adds a nice vibe to the stay. I had a problem checking in on time becasue the roads were closed by protests that day and the hotel couldn't really offer anything to help like moving my booking to the next day or refund my booking so I can book somewhere I can get to. Anyway it worked out that I managed to get to to hotel late that night. The moral of the story if there are road closures due to protests in Istanbul take that seriously and plan to be in other areas before you get locked down.

The hotel is no more than 3.5-4 star. The front staff could be more friendly and accommodating, not bad mouthing guest with co-workers. Very noisy due to being next to the train station and shopping centre. Breakfast is overpriced. The only hotel in Istanbul asked to leave deposit even though i paid for the room in advance. Fitness centre has no privacy, it's next to the reception and glass wall.

I booked a premium room with a king bed, however upon check in they gave me a room with two small beds. I had to go back to the reception to ask for a room that matched to what I booked. Even though it was 3:00 pm, I had to wait for 10 minutes for them to assign me a new room. This was very disappointing. Everything else was good.

Die Unterkunft war im Allgemeinen relativ gut und hatte die Erwartungen zu einem gewissen Umfang auch erfüllt. Schlecht war nur, dass der in der Beschreibung erläuterte Pool geschlossen war (Renovierung o. ä.) und so die Entscheidung vielleicht auf ein anderes Hotel gefallen wäre. Das Personal war hingegen sehr nett, was den Aufenthalt ein bisschen erleichtert hat. Abschließend lässt sich also sagen, dass das Hotel die grundsätzlichen Erwartungen mit Einschränkungen erfüllt, welche aber nicht auf dem Niveau eines 5 Sterne Hotels zu scheinen seien. LG

Very nice walkable location to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to trolly and Metro. Beautiful interior but could use some updates in flooring-Carpet. A bit noisy but that is part of being in the center of Old Town. Large Breakfast Buffet and great staff.. Felt very safe..

La verdad no fue lo que esperabamos, las habitaciones no estaban tan bien, con olor a cigarrillo, intentaron cambiarnos 3 veces, buen servicio pero la verdad la relacion precio comodidad no es buena. Intentamos cambiar de hotel pero no fue posible no nos dejaron cancelar las noches siguientes

We stayed for 5 days, the hotel, cleanliness and convenient location really made our stay enjoyable. However due to the cold weather this time of year we chose this hotel because of the indoor swimming pool. We were disappointed to find the pool was out of order for our stay even though it was advertised.
