Niente a che vedere con un hotel 4 stelle
L'hotel è abbastanza fatiscente, non funzionava il riscaldamento e la stanza, pur essendo spaziosa, era dotata di una luce fioca da non vedersi bene allo specchio. La colazione era davvero scarsa, poco varia e non sempre con alimenti freschissimi. Le tovaglie erano sporche e il locale dove si faceva colazione (terrazza all'ultimo piano coperta) non ben riscaldato. Forse in estate la terrazza rende di più.

Hotel con posizione ottima ma rumoroso e sporco
Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Ferman di Istanbul dal 22 al 29 agosto 2014. L'Hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, poichè è vicinissimo sia alla Moschea Blu che a Santa Sofia, inoltre ha una terrazza con vista su questi monumenti e sul mar di Marmara. L'Hotel purtroppo ha degli interni vecchi, tende vecchie e polverose, carta da parati cadente. Le lenzuola erano sporche e così gli asciugamani. Avevo prenotato una camera con due letti singoli invece ci hanno assegnato una stanza con letto matrimoniale e divano letto. La stanza inoltre aveva una vista orribile su una casa diroccata ed in parte distrutta. E' stato quasi impossibile riposarsi, rumori e schiamazzi in tutte le ore del giorno. Il personale dell'hotel è falsamente cortese ed a volte ha fatto orecchie da mercante alle nostre richieste, che erano delle normali richieste (cambiare lenzuola, coltello per frutta). Un hotel che consiglierei solo al mio peggiore nemico. Cordiali saluti

Hotel eccellente nel cuore di Sultanhamet
Hotel confortevole, stanza grande nuova pulita, bagno molto spazioso con ricambi di asciugamani giornalieri. Aria condizionata funzionante e questo è un bene considerato il clima estivo di Istanbul, 30 gradi fissi. L'hotel è praticamente situato nel centro storico a 20 metri dall'Arista Bazar e a 200 metri dalla Moschea Blu e da Aya Sofia. La vacanza è stata perfetta, l'intero staff carino e disponibilie. Un giorno a prima mattina venne a piovere e ci venne fornito anche un ombrello dall'hotel senza alcun costo. Unica pecca la colazione, decisamente scarna quella di tipo europeo, non ci sono dolci ne cornetti, solo pane, marmellata e una ciambella. Bellissima esperienza in ogni caso. Ho viaggiato con il fidanzato in Agosto 2014.

classica montatura da turisti
l'hotel possiede un edificio minuscolo, stipato nel centro storico turistico di Istanbul. sul sito appare con descrizioni ed immagini folgoranti, anche se si può intuire che è piccolo, stretto, mal servito e coi prezzi gonfiati perché offre la posizione centrale 8rispetto alle moschee ed al topkapi). comunque, non è affatto un granché e soprattutto la pagina di presentazione è esagerata in confronto alla realtà della struttura e del servizio. Lo staff, invece, è molto attento e collaborativo! vivibile, ma sproporzionatamente costoso

Personale gentile
Hotel ben posizionato, pulito, personale cortese e sempre a disposizione. Soggiornato nella camera semplice che era di dimensione media e dunque confortevole. Letti comodi ma cuscini decisamente da cambiare siccome sintetici e completamente sformati. Un po' fastidioso il fatto che la porta della camera era di fronte alla reception poichè la mattina si sentiva l'andirivieni di personale e ospiti. Bella la terrazza coperta con vista fantastica sul Bosforo e moschea blu sulla quale si fa la colazione. La colazione invece lascia un po' a desiderare. Pietanze spesso fredde (quelle che dovrebbero essere calde) e se si arriva verso le 9 si rischia di trovare solo i resti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è abbastanza buono ma alcune cose sono da migliorare.

Ottima posizione
Posizione dell'albergo eccellente. L'albergo è provvisto di terrazza panoramica con vista sulla Moschea Blu e Santa Sofia oltre che su tutto il Bosforo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione migliorabile. Alcune camere sono rivolte verso la ferrovia e la nostra aveva finestra vasistas difettosa con la conseguenza di non isolare perfettamente dai rumori dei treni.

Ci tornerei.
Palazzina a tre piani in un quartiere delizioso, pulito, tranquillo e sicuro, non amo i grandi alberghi. Stanza e bagno ampi, personale molto cordiale ed efficiente, l'upgrade è la splendida terrazza con vista a "tutto schermo" della Moschea Blu proprio di fronte, Anya Sofia sulla destra e il Bosforo dall'altro lato, posizione vantaggiosa anche perchè facilmente raggiungibile a piedi sia di giorno che di notte, attenzione a non confondere La Moschea Blu con Anya Sofia, a noi è successo, contate sempre i minareti devono essere "6" non "4"!!! La colazione è sufficiente, molti cibi Turchi ..., il cappuccino miscelato a macchina è discreto, il pane è buono, trovate anche burro, marmellate, una specie di ciambellone e formaggi. Se potete, non fatevi dare le stanza dalla parte della ferrovia ma dall'altra ... c'è il muezzin!

Camera spaziosa con letto king size e tutti i confort di un 4 stelle, ampio bagno con vasca, doccia e arredamento nuovo. Colazione abbondante.Ho soggiornato per 3 notti e dovessi tornare a istanbul, ritornerei senza dubbi al ferman hotel. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

FANTASTICO
Albergo centralissimo, a 3 minuti a piedi dalle principali moschee e attrazioni turistiche, personale disponibilissimo......sono stati fantastici, hotel pulitissimo nel classico caseggiato stile ottomano così come tutto il quartiere. Le camere sono grandi e ben curate nei minimi dettagli. Vista dalla terrazza sbalorditiva sia sul bosforo sia sulla moschea blu. a pochi metri ci sono due dei più rinomati ristoranti del centro storico, si mangia benissimo. Che dire, PROVATELO. Passato il miglior capodanno della mia vita, tra l'altro i famosi fuochi pirotecnici di mezzanotte sul Bosforo li sparano davanti all'hotel..............imperdibili

vicino all'area turistica vecchia di Sultanamed, in zona ci sono molti ristorantini dove si mangia bene e si spende poco. 10 minuti dal Gran Bazar, 40 minuti dall'aereoporto Ataturk ( si spende di taxi € 25,00 max)

Extremely happy with our stay at the Ferman Hotel in Istanbul. You cannot ask for a better location specifically if you have limited time. Close to all the historical sites. Above all the staff was super helpful. A shout out for Omer, very friendly and helpful gentleman. Our room got upgraded when we arrived at the hotel. I apologize that I don’t remember every one’s name but all staff at the reception and breakfast station was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Pleasant greeting on arrival, room on ground floor given - clean and functional. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Master bed was a tad uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Breakfast was pleasant and refreshing.

The location of this charming hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the historic Old City, it offers easy access to some of Istanbul's most iconic attractions. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar were all within a short walking distance. The hotel's reception and staff deserve a special mention for their service. They were always polite and ready to assist with smile and a wealth of local knowledge. I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the service provided by the staff. Always helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a view of the İstanbul skyline. The room was clean and well taken care of. The hotel is conveniently located and most of the attractions in then old city are walking distance. Public transport and restaurants are close by.

Enjoyable stay
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is very close to the tram just be five minutes walk. The staff are outstanding, especially I would like to mention Nusret he's at the front desk he's a very helpful person. At night, there was not that much noise from outside what helps as Istanbul is a very busy place.

The hotel is in the best location. So many local restaurants to choose from, and a walk away from the sea shore. Really safe area with tourists around. The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were welcoming and absolutely helpful. Their English skills are better then mine as a native speaker. The staff know the area well and give honest advice. Have told my whole family to visit the Ferman Hotel.

Staff were amazing - all of them. Hotel was very central to all tourist spots. Close to tram. We got great tips from all the staff. Only downside was the AC was not blowing cold air.

Hotel upgraded our stay for 4 nights to a suite that had a balcony and view of the sea. Each and every staff members were helpful and attentive to all our needs. Breakfast in the mornings had a great selection of Turkish and non Turkish food. The best part of our stay was the view from the rooftop deck. We got great tips on where to eat by the staff. Thank you all for a memorable trip!

The hotel located in a walking distance from all amenities, and close to the sea, very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. the breakfast choices in the restaurant was amazing and there was afternoon tea with different treats, tea and coffee. We enjoyed the stay in this hotel and if we have the chance to visit Istanbul again we will definitely chose the same hotel and would recommend it to everyone else.
