Merhaba Öncelike sağlıklı günler dilerim.Yapmış olduğunuz puanlama ve kötü yorum,bizleri ve çalışanlarımızı hüsrana uğratmıştır.Şunu belirtmek isterimki,misafirlerimize daha iyi ve kaliteli hizmet sunmak adına, otelimizi komple baştan sona restore etmiş bulunmaktayız.Berbat diye nitelendirdiğiniz konu her ne ise açıklasaydınız bizde bunu telafi ederdik.Otelimizin kırmızı çizgisi, müşteri memnuniyeti güven ve huzur içinde konaklama sağlamalarıdır.Otelimiz butik olup bir çok kurum tarafından ödüle layık görülmüştür. Konumu bakımından da Beşiktaş bölgesinin en cazibe ve en elit yerindeyiz. Yapmış olduğunuz yorumu (10 üzerinden 2) iyi niyetli bulmuyoruz.Burda çalışanların emeğine yapılmış bir haksızlıktır.

Our hotel has been completely renovated and offered to the service of our valued guests,What exactly did you not like !!2 minutes walking distance to Besiktas center, hospitals shopping malls, metro, sea buses,restaurants, bars, cafes.
