First of all, I would like to point out that we saw and detected that you were fighting violently, swearing outside the taxi driver and the security in front of the bank for about two hours before entering the hotel. We followed you later because there was a curfew in Istanbul that day. Then we saw you sitting on the sidewalk and shouted and swore at everyone passing by. then you tried to enter the hotel and disturbed other guests inside. Finally, you walked on me and tried to inflict violence and spit on me. Sorry but we could not get you to the hotel this way. Öncelikle otelimizi tercih ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz , ayrıca belirtmek isterim ki telefonda sizinle görüştüğümüzde odanın arka tarafa baktığını ve bu bağlamda fiyat dengesi doğrultusunda yaklaşık 7-8 defa otele gelmeden önce size elimizde ki kalan odanın durumunu anlatmıştım ve 1. kattaki odanın klia motoruna baktığını belirtmiştim. Her odanın ayrı ayrı fiyat politikası olduğunu belirtmiştim ve internet üzerinden fırsatlar olduğunu bu fırsatların sağladığı oda olanakarının durumunu anlatmıştım . otele giriş yaptığınızda daha tek gecelik rezervasyonunuz olduğundan ve doluluk tan dolayı müsaitlik olmadığından dolayı değişiklik yapamayacağımı belirtmiştim. bütün bunların haricinde her otelde olduğu gibi bizim otelimizde de bazı aksaklıklar olabiliyor ama her zaman bu tip aksaklıkları düzeltmek için neredeyse bütün günümüzü otelde geçirip misafirlerimizin memnuniyeti içinuğraşan bizler hakkında suratsız gibi ifadeler kullanmanız bizleri üzmüştür . Bu tür bir yorumu hak etmediğimizi düşünüyoruz. anlayışınız için teşekkür ederiz. Umarım bir sonraki terichiniz bu bölgede yine otelimiz olur ve sizleri daha iyi şartlarda ağılama fırsatı buluruz.
