il personale si è dimenticato di chiamarmi quando dovevo partire...mi hanno chiesto come aggiunta 0.50 lire turche e la sauna era gratuita ma non mi hanno dato l'asciugamano quando sono uscito dall'hamman

hotel e in un posto centralinissimo ...
facendo il chek in tardissimo con la prenotazione prestampata EXPEDIA ci anno accolti in breve tempo accompagnandoci fino alle camere. la camera era veramente come dalle foto visti prima sul sito web

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Just a few minutes' walk from the Havabus drop off location. However, the thing that disappointed the most was the behavior of the staff. They were so rude that they refused to meet the most basic requirements. When we arrived the room was very suffocating and to add to injury they had turned off the aircon from their main control system. When we requested them to turn that on they refused to do it reasoning that it gets cool at night so if you open your windows you wouldn't need an aircon. When it became unbearable in the room after half an hour, I had to go to the reception and argue with this rude person for good some time and then he said that he will talk to his technical manager and see what they can do. After some time they turned on the aircon. This was the worst experience we had throughout our trip. Not going there again for sure.

Einmal und nie wieder. Das Personal ist nett. Aber das Hotel Katastrophe. Flur und Zimmer hat nach Klo/Abfluss gestunken, wir müssten bei der hitze ständig das Fenster offen halten. Zimmer war sehr klein. Ein Doppelbett für 2 Personen, wenn man es Doppelbett nennen kann, war einfach nur ein witz. Mein mann und ich konnten garnicht im Zimmer schlafen, haben das Personal auch drauf angesprochen, die Betten wäre nach ihren Angaben alle gleich groß. Mini Bar/kühlschrank war leer. Unterm Bett war voller Staub, das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Obwohl die Putzfrau im zimmer war. Also würde ich keinen weiter empfehlen.

I arrived after midnight extremely tired and the reception could not find my reservation that I made few days ahead and paid fully. It took them more than half an hour until they were able to see it ! Second the room itself was very disappointing - does not look at all like the website- they gave me much smaller room

Veel te kleine ruimte, laag plafond
Te kleine kamers en te lage plafond. Familiekamer is eigenlijk net groot genoeg voor 3 mensen, terwijl wij er met z'n 5'en in moesten slapen. Zeeeeer teleurstellend en te weinig voor de prijs.

Avoid booking double rooms, they are tiny
I had booked two twin rooms for my family. Three adults and one 8-year-old child. We were given two tiny double rooms. The double rooms are very small rooms. Imagine a room with a double bed that touches the walls and barely enough space to hold even your luggage. They are I assume good enough to just sleep at night and nothing else. We were also not given enough room amenities (e.g. soap, shampoo, slippers etc.). When we asked the hotel to at least give us one twin room as indicated on the reservation, they mentioned there are rooms available tomorrow. However, the day after we were told this is not the case. We moved out of the hotel after the first night and moved to a bigger room in a different hotel paying out of pocket. You can imagine confining an eight-year-old to a small room where you can barely move. It was horrible.

Berbat!
İnternet üzerinden 3 kişilik ve 3 yataklı bir oda rezervasyonu yapmış olmamıza rağmen bize 2 kişilik bir oda verdiler ve 3ncü kişi için ekstra ödeme aldılar! Ona rağmen yine çok küçük ve 2 kişilik bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık! Odalardaki yatak çarşafları,havlular kirliydi ve odanın temizliği bayağı kötüydü ve çok kötü bir koku vardı! Kahvaltısı da 4 yıldızlı bir hotelinkine göre yetersiz ve kötüydü. Bu hotelde konaklamayı kimseye önermiyorum!!

Room was quite smelly, we were late for break fast and staff collected the plates from our table before we end!!! Also they were not responding to the messages I sent them via expedia!!!

Bad Hotel Experience
staff aren't helpful, room service is funny because they don't provide napkins and they don't replace the dirty cups and the finished coffee and tea, the tv screen is smaller than my laptop's screen, room service is not available after 12 o'clock afternoon. In general, I don't recommend this hotel if you are this kind of people who enjoy the hotels atmosphere. However, the location of the hotel is best thing about it

schmutzige teppisch
ich habe zimmer mit 3 Bett reserviert beim check-in wurde mir zuerst 1 zimmer mit nur 1 bett gegen . erst nach hin und her und unnötige diskution haben wir 3 bett zimmer bekommen . total dunkel. Das Teppisch im flur ist sehr schmutzig mit riesen flecken und stenkt nach toiletten Gerüch. Du würdest kaum bergüssen , in der treppe liegen abends riesen sacks mit bettwäsche . wer Kinderwagen hat er soll besser ander Hotel suchen da muss man in der die Treppe laufen , um Aufzug zu erreichen soll man zurst die Treppe benutzen....
