hotel vicino al centro comodo per tutti i servizi
buon hotel non molto grande confortevole ha tutti i servizi, sauna, spa, bagno turco ecc, abbastanza pulito, personale eccellente molto cortesi, danno spiegazioni molto dettagliate, colazione abbondante, se si cena sulla terrazza ha una visuale eccezionale e non si paga molto, le camere sono buone quelle vista bosforo, cioè le swuit quelle vista città le doppie con letti matrimoniali hanno i letti piccoli e non sono ben insonorizzata si sentono i rumori delle auto e danno fastidio, le triple sono migliori, si consiglia di non prendere le camere che finiscono con i n. 7, 8, e 9 sopratutto ai piani bassi, vicinissimo alla metro taksim, vicino al tram, e traghetto per kadycoy, lo consiglio

Buon 4 stelle, buona posizione .
Nel complesso BUONO . E' importante sapere che (non so se tutte le camere standard) sono in basso piccole e vecchiotte . Mentre le de lux sono standard di un 4 stelle. Inoltre de lux con vista non vuol dire che tutte si affacciano sul Bosforo.. infatti metá dell'hotel si affaccia su strada e metá sul Bosforo . Pur avendo richiesto una camera tramite expedia DE LUX CITY VIEW , arrivati in hotel ci hanno accompagnato in una "standard " molto LOW PROFILE,che un hotel così non dovrebbe vendere considerando il costo . Abbiamo chiesto immediatamente un'altra camera come da prenotazione che pur essendo una bella camera, nuova e senza moquette, bagno bello e comodo, parquet. Ci accorgiamo comunque che non aveva la vista sul Bosforo. Insomma tutto bene, ma secondo noi sono un po' furbetti . Foto del sito internet abbastanza montate, anche la descrizione generale .... Questo grazioso hotel è un 4 stelle . Posizione buona, pulito, buon servizio. Da provare CENA all'ultimo piano e la piccola SPA

Bellissimo albergo con vista spettacolare sul bosforo. Ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla linea tram. Personale cordiale e pulizia delle camere impeccabile. Unica nota dolente il servizio lavanderia ma nel complesso direi ottimo hotel!

+ Posizione comoda e panoramica, nella parte "moderna" di istanbul. vista molto bella dal ristorante dell'ultimo piano e dalle camere affacciate sul bosforo. ampia e accogliente la camera superior queen con vasca idro-massaggio (anche se per questioni di privacy occorre tenere le tende tirate .... ed è un peccato). spa carina ma piccola. - Parti comuni piccole e non tanto eleganti. colazione mediocre. servizio scarso. wifi mal funzionante. piscina vergognosa. rispetto ad altre strutture nelle immediate vicinanze è sicuramente spartano ... però il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è male ...

4 giorni a capodanno, ci hanno dato ottima assistenza con informazioni su escursioni e con prenotazioni varie per nostro conto, il cenone di capodanno organizzato molto bene nel ristorante ultimo piano con vista incantevole

Great for business and leasure
Beyond my expectations. Very close to the metro station, only 15 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes away from the business center. Personnel very prepared. One thing not to miss if you stay there is the restaurant. Good food, clean, nice design, and extraordinary view on the "bosforo" bridge.

Camera con vista (da fuori)!!!!!
Notate bene:per la stanza deluxe city view gli albergatori dell'Opera Hotel intendono una stanza sita al primo piano la cui vista e' un (brutto) palazzo e cosa molto piu' imbarazzante avente un finestrone che da' sulla strada attraverso cui ogni passante puo' guardare all'interno della camera,con buona pace della privacy.A fronte di una richiesta di spostamento in altra camera,dando anche disponibilita' di pagare un sovra-prezzo,il personale non si e' minimamente dimostrato disponibile a soddisfare una richiesta piu' che lecita.Non oso immaginare le stanze ai piani seminterrati!!!

A parte la 1sera che abbiamo dovuto dormire in una singola perché la ns non era disponibile mio marito su letto singolo io su lettino da campeggio senza spiegazioni perché non parlano italiano non piccolo neo x un hotel 5 stelle le camere migliori sono ai piani alti tenete presente colazione ottima

Tutto sommato un buon Hotel per un week-end
Le stanze standard sono collocate nei piani bassi senza alcuna vista, comunque,dando su una strada pedonale, sono silenziose. La colazione è ottima, la posizione è buona vicino alla metropolitana di superfice che permette di arrivare alla città vecchia in 10 minuti. Il personale alla reception non è molto efficente ma cortese. Unico problema è il bagno che, anche se molto accogliente, è realizzato con separazione a vetri opachi dalla stanza ed è un po maleodorante a causa del sistema fognario.Dal roof garden si gode di un panorame eccezionale così come dalle stanze special dei piani superiori.

ottimo albergo per un soggiorno breve ed intenso
Albergo in zona residenziale, in buona posizione vicino piazza Taksin e soprattutto vicino alla fermata del tram 1 che porta direttamente a Sultanahmet. Personale gentilissimo e affabilissimo, buona la prima colazione, gradevole la SPA. Un po piccola la camera (visto che avevamo il letto aggiunto), anche se abbastanza silenziosa e con mezza vista sul Bosforo che di notte è incantevole.

Ottimo Hotel per visitare la città
Ho soggiornato tre notti dal 15 al 18 gennaio e abbiamo approfittato solo della colazione e del servizio Sauna e Bagno Turco, ottimo personale, cordiale, ottima colazione. Lo consiglio a tutti. Potendo scegliere prendete una camera ai piani alti con vista sul Bosforo. Ottima location, piazza Taskim (spero di aver scritto giusto..) alla sera è molto viva. Se scendete dalla stradina dietro l'hotel arrivate direttamente alla fermata del tram e al traghetto (mezzo da usare di più)

Perfect Hotel for enjoying Istanbul
Our stay in this hotel has been just great. Very good location, close to the Metro station, Taksim square and Dolmanbache Palace. The hotel has an amazing Bosforo's view and it is brand new. The bulding, the furnitures are stilish. They have also a small but very well organized SPA. Excellent the personnel of the hotel. Really client's oriented, very kind, cooperative, helful and efficient.

Ottima posizione sia dal punto di vista panoramico che vicinanza al centro citta'. Il personale e' professionale. Da non perdere la cena al ristorante all' ultimo piano con vista fantastica sul Bosforo. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo.

This is a really good high quality smaller hotel. Staff was very attentive to needs and were helpful navigating Istanbul. I would recommend getting the room facing the Bosphorus. It is a really nice view. This location makes for easy getting around. The tram station in a hike down some steep sidewalks. Easy to get to

The best part was the outstanding seaview and the spa (steam room and sauna). The pool was closed. They also have a Starbucks at reception which is open til late. I didn't eat anything but checked out the Skyview restaurant which has awesome views. The staff are very welcoming including Ahmed at the spa. The surrounding area is ok but not upscale like the Beskitas area which is close by and a better choice if that's what you prefer. You can walk to the hotel from the Taskim station but it's uphill or Kabatas tram which is downhill.

Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück ist sehr unfreundlich, selten ein Lächeln. Und etwas überarbeitet, wenn man Kaffee oder Tee nach bestellt. Habe bei drei verschiedenen Kellner heute morgen Tee bestellt, keiner war in der Lage mir welchen zu bringen. Frühstück - Auswahl an Brot könnte mehr sein.

Nice and friendly, but pay attention that the standard roms are downstairs with very limited view. I know that they don't have to accept, But I wished to change rooms and a little disappointed. Breakfast with homemade bread is always good.
