Плюсы - от аэропорта прямая ветка, пешком от / до метро. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, но соседние улицы - клоака... Сам отель стараются содержать в чистоте, но все какое-то миниатюрное в гостинице: номера очень маленькие, в душевой кабине едва повернуться, коридоры тоже очень узкие, узкий (но рабочий) лифт. Не работал терминал, оплата только наличными. Белье и особенно полотенца весьма древние, серые от многих стирок. Если весь день в городе, а в отеле только ночевать - вполне подойдет. Wifi работал нормально.

We checked out a half an hour after checking in. The hotel is in a bad part of the city. We were willing to deal with that after arriving, but once we got up to the room it was absolutely filthy with zero amenities. Dirty sheets and mold in the bathroom was just the beginning. We booked another hotel in Sultanahmet from our phones and immediately left. After alerting expedia about our non-existent stay, they contacted the Sirin Gold to issue a refund and they refused. Please save your time and money if you're even considering this hotel. It may sound like a great price but the conditions do not match the pictures. It's all a scam!!

Dear Imran After your doing check out from hotel; you didn't tell us that you have problems about cleanliness and location of hotel; you told us that your problem was special. Also you knew that your reservation was non-refundable; you didn't ask us about refunding back your money; you contacted with us after weeks of your accommodation (after billing). So we can guess that why your comment about us is like that. Thanks for your opinion; honest opinions make us better.

A great place to stay in the old city of Istanbul
If you're looking for a 5 star hotel with room service and all that, skip. If you're planning a very comfortable visit to Istanbul, staying in the middle of the old city where you can reach the most important sites with a short walk while maintaining a low budget, read on. The Sirin Gold Hotel is a place where you'll feel homey at arrival. I did. From checkin to checkout after 2 weeks, I was treated not only as a valuable customer, but as a very welcomed guest. I got a free-of-charge room update after the first night without asking for anything, and sincere apologies for I had to stay in the tiny room I had booked coz a better room wasn't avail that day. Most of their staff speak English kinda fluently, and if you're (even in the middle of the night) are faced with someone who doesn't, you're invited to free tea or coffee at the bar. It usually takes less than 5 minutes to get you a guy who not only perfectly understands you, but also is able to fix your problem in no time, regardless whether you're asking for tour guidance, airport transfer, help with getting or recharging an Istanbul Kart (public transportation), additional pillows, or whatever.

Generally speaking.. The hotel is good especially the stuff, the only problem that i have is the rooms which is too small lol
