Luxury house Braspen near Ljubljana

A romantic wooden house with a heated saltwater pool (available from 25.4 to 30.9)is located in a peaceful and quiet location. It is surrounded by forests and vineyards. The house offers enough space for relaxed movement and enjoyment of various places inside and outside. It is suitable for both families and couples who want to relax in nature and on a sunny location with an open view of the valley. It is an excellent starting point for hiking in the surrounding area or exploring the beautiful country of Slovenia.
The space
In the house of 200 m2 (on three floors), on the ground floor there is a large kitchen with an island and a dining area, with an exit to a larger terrace, equipped with an outdoor dining table for 10 people and a multi-purpose grill (Openfire). There is also a wine cellar with an ice machine next to the terrace. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a toilet and laundry room on the ground floor. On the middle floor there is a spacious living room with a large TV screen and Bose surround sound sistem, a bathroom and two bedrooms (one with a 140 x 200 bed and the other with a 90 x 200 bed). There is also an infrared sauna for two people on this floor. From this part there is an exit to a larger terrace with heated swimming pool. On the third floor there are two bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 200 and 160 x 200) and a toilet.Both bedrooms have access to the balconies. Around the house, several levels are connected into a whole. Other things to note
Tourist tax of the municipality is not included and needs to be payed directly on spot. 2 EUR/person/night.

Heated pool is available between may 1st and 30th september.
