Lovely place to stay.
A lovely B&B on the outskirts of Modbury. Neil and Margaret are wonderful hosts and nothing was to much trouble. Our Room (3) was spacious with ensuite bathroom and Smart TV. Breakfast was great too. Very pleased.

Great B&B
Nice comfortable room, with spotless bathroom. Great breakfast, and very friendly and helpful hosts. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

What a lively couple. Couldn't do enough for me, they offered to cook me breakfast at 05.00 but I said not to worry so they left me some fruit & yoghurt for my breakfast as I was leaving at stupid o'clock. Just the ticket. Thank you so much.

We will stay again and I think that says it all really. Very friendly and a lovely breakfast. I would have liked to be a bit warmer but then it was February! Joy

We were warmly welcomed - our room in this spacious bungalow was clean and comfortable. Also access to a cosy lounge in the evening to relax in was a bonus. We didn’t mind at all but for some folk they may not like the fact that the bathroom was not en suite , for us this was not a problem at all. The breakfast was amazing! Our hosts went the extra mile for us in order to make our stay memorable

Woodmmeads is a very large bungalow situated in a very quiet residential area of Modbury. We were met at the door by Neil, our host, who also lives at the property,who gave us a warm welcome. Our room was at the rear of the house and was clean , warm and had a en suite with a shower. There is a large lounge for exclusive use of guests with sky TV and a lovely view of a large garden with a fish pond. Overnight there was no noise from outside and after a good nights sleep Neil and his wife Margaret cooked us a lovely breakfast. Our hosts couldn't have been more friendly and obliging and I would have no hesitation in staying there again, and would fully recommend it for anyone else visiting Devon.
