Nice place, clean & comfortable. Staff was great. Free valet parking. The only complaint is the club music on the weekend nights we were there, not sure if it's like that all the time.

Todo. Habitación amplia, limpia, confortable y bien decorada, cama muy cómoda, buena zona y atención excelente. Uno de los botones nos acompañó a una oficina de venta de billetes de bus cerca del hotel, con lo que nos aseguramos el viaje y nos ahorramos el taxi a la estación de autobuses.

Good for the price
Staff was very pleasant. The hotel is located where many other hotels are, but there's really nothing going on in the neighborhood. Not a very nice location. Very few restaurants nearby. Hotel is nice for the price, but hasn't been renovated in the last 30 years. Basic, clean and comfortable.

Thank you for staying at our hotel and sharing your thoughts with us. hotel is located at the city center which is far from the Alsancak sea side or konak 15 minutes walk and 2 minutes with car. And 3 minutes far from the metro station. The Hotel and also the building are 3 years old. Anyway we are happy to hear that you stayed comfy and again appreciate that sharing your thoughts with us. Choose if you cannot find any other option
Not so good. An average hotel if you cannot find any other suitable place. Hygiene is moderate, they have a room service where you need to order from a web based application ( worst user experience ever) where sometimes they dont deliver at all.

Clean, classy n good service
Valet parking by hotel. Free. Location near to station but far from waterfront. Waterfront is about 15 to 20 minutes walk away. Service is good, especially the parking part. Place is clean and new.

Stay away!
Ok, being a couple that travels a lot and we are staying in a lots of hotels I wish to say that I was expecting more from this one. The goods things are, that the location is good, and the beds were comfortable and the room was very big. On the other hand the carpet is dirty even without stains it looks dirty, the sheets looks not clean crispy, just clean but with a big suspicious how clean it is exactly. The worst part of the room are the towels. They look like been 20years old. Nothing to do with the rate of the hotel. So this hotel is around 7.2 max and not 9.2 how it looks in the pics. This hotel has the potential to improve, if carpet is changed with wood floor, new sheets and towels are bought and the main thing is the staff. Some of them were smelling sweat, and look really dressed bad with long and dirty nails. But the hotel has the option to turn really good if the management is changed. The breakfast was also very low level.

Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde ve şehir içi ulaşım araçlarına yakın sayılır. Hotelin bulunduğu cadde ve civarı- anlam veremediğim bir şekilde - belli saatlerden sonra tekin değil ve tek başına dolaşılmaması gerekiyor. Hotel çalışanları olması gerektiği gibi saygılı ve işi bilen insanlar. Temizlik konusunda ise yataklar temizdi, banyoda fayanslarda lekeler vardı, duş bölümünde ise iyiydi ancak musluk kısımlarında su kaçırıuordu. Genel anlamda memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Hotel fiyatları bir önceki yıla göre aşırı yüksekti. Bu durum yabancılar için sorun değil ama biz yerli turistleri zorluyor.
