I booked this property through expedia on September 1. When I arrived to check in this past weekend the parking lot was empty and a the only two people on site informed my that the hotel had not been open for business for several months. I had to scramble to find a last minuite replacement hotel which cost me an arm and a leg. How is that expedia is taking reservations for properties that are not actually open for business?

The room the carpet was nasty and had an odor. The sheets on the bed was dirty. The bathroom shower had an odor. There was a hole in the wall and the phone was missing. Needs some updating.
