stay away..!
was going here with my whole family, kids and parents 4 adults and 2 small kids. when we arrived the hotel manager told us the rooms where unavailable and he had to move us to another location. the location didn't exist and the whole experience seems like a scam - they still charged my card! stay away at all cost.

Horrible Place to Stay
Horrible Place to Stay::here is my experience. The apartment was clean. However, it charges 80$ cleaning fee which doesn't make any sense for a short stay. I paid this much amount after staying in an apt for 3 years :).. Location is fine if you plan to use PATH train to go to NY. Staff was exceptionally GREEDY and CUNNING. My flight was a bit late from the check out time. I wasn't renting a Car. Hence, I was in need for this place to keep my 2 check baggages. When I contacted the reception, I was told they cannot keep luggage. They said building is big and if we keep such luggage, this it's not possible...Then, he said if you rent a car to airport from him, he can keep the luggage for me. I denied the car and contacted another associate. She said this guy owns/works in a cab company. That made the picture clear to me. But, she said she is not allowed by hotel policy to keep any luggage. Luckily both these folks were not present during my check-out. So, another associate said i can easily use their baggage storage service which is free of cost. And, many ppl do that. They even had locks/arrangements to keep the luggage safe. So, in short, 3 ppl said all different things. And, one smart person :) was trying to sell/force his cab under the hotel property. If the owner is aware of such incidents and still have kept him in this job, owner doesn't care about his guests. If owner is not aware of this, I am going to call him soon to make aware of such SMART staff.

Komfortables Appartement 30Minuten von Manhatten
Wir reisten als grosse Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Baby. Wir suchten eine preiswerte Unterkunft nahe Manhattens. Dieses Appartement verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche (mit Geschirrspühler) und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Es gab sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine im Appartement. Uns wurde sogar ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt für unsere kleine Tochter. Super Service. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauber. Ruhige Lage, jedoch nahe zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen wieder

AWESOME Experience!
Awesome time! Getaway weekend with friends. Was familiar with the Jersey City area and would MUCH rather stay in Jersey City and take the PATH train over whenever staying in the NYC area. There was an awesome bar right downstairs where we caught the game at. The apartment overlooked the river and you could see the Statue of Liberty right outside the window. You actually feel like you're staying in the city, rather than just visiting some sterile hotel. A luxury apartment in a great neighborhood. BY FAR the best deal in the NYC/NJ area. Looking forward to staying there again. The staff was great with info and getting us set up at check in. They could not guarantee an early check-in, but did their best and was actually able to get us in a little bit early. There is also a gym a couple doors down from the apartment that we were able to make use of. Best time I've had in town in a long time.
