Gentile Marco, siamo dispiaciuti e sorpresi delle sue parole. Al momento della prenotazione infatti, nell'ottica di fare felici i nostri ospiti le abbiamo suggerito di prendere l'offerta con un prezzo più basso rispetto al sito. Durante il check in invece, sempre sperando di farle cosa gradita e senza alcun malumore le abbiamo confermato la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio e della spiaggia anche dopo il check out visto che il primo giorno era arrivato tardi e non aveva avuto la possibilità di sfruttare il servizio !
