Girlfriend get-away
We visited a few sites. The mineral museum and the waterfall which we enjoyed. We enjoyed our meal at club 609 very much! We spent time relaxing and talking. The neighborhood was quiet which help with our restful time.

Get place to recharge
My mom, son, and I stayed there because my daughter got married in the area. It was a wonderful place to recharge between rehearsal, dinner, and after the wedding. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

Best stay in Joplin
We stay often in Joplin and this was by far the best stay. So many thoightful touches. Great setup for families. Close to so many amenities. Our host was phenomenal.

Midwest Getaway
We drove from California to Joplin and was pleasantly surprised that the description was exactly as described. Very comfortable home, close to the stores, nice yard and lots of parking. We even extended for an additional day and the owner responded very quick. Would definitely recommend and go back when or if the opportunity arises.

Peeping Tom next door and racist owners.
Overall the house was not bad the neighborhood was not bad. Police were called because my African American husband was collecting his tools in order to leave the neighbor showed pictures he had taken of us through the window of his home for the onwer. Pretty degrading and embarrassing to have the neighborhood watch wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

Bathtub safety concern
Quaint house with character. We had issues with the internet buffering and not working and we notified the property manager. We had concerns about the bathtub shower. The deep tub required a big step over to take a shower. There was no hand hold bar to assist either an adult or child. That is a question I will ask before renting again. It was a pleasant stay, pet friendly with a yard and outside chairs to enjoy it.

Amazing house
This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in Joplin! It is nicely decorated with minimal fragile things around (important to us since we had a 6 year old and 3 year old). The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The best part was all the amazing toys in the bedroom closet that entertained the kids for hours.

Great stay in Joplin
After a long drive from Minnesota it was so nice to arrive at this cute house in Joplin, MO. Everything went smooth with access and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean, well maintained and set up with all the big and little things that you would need. Also, many brochures for local things to do as well as places to eat. To bad we only had one day, the house would is as perfect as a "home base" for the area. Highly recomended!!

Just what we wanted
We were in town for a DI competition going on in Carl Junction. It was close enough to drive there yet close to Joplin to still do things. Was a nice place and the communication with owner was awesome!

This was the perfect house for my son and I. The fenced in yard was great for my son and our dog. The house was clean and made it very easy/comfortable being away from home. The price was excellent and communication was amazing! If I ever need a place to stay in Joplin i know where I will be booking!

A Joplin gem!
My husband's family lives in the Joplin area. Normally, we fly from California. This year, we opted to road trip with our dogs. The property was great. I never want to stay in a local hotel again! The yard is perfect for the dogs, the interior is nicely decorated and welcoming, and the kitchen well appointed. Shopping and restaurants of all types are within just a few minutes drive. We are already going to rebook for a May graduation and for next Christmas!

Homey and convenient
This rental process was so easy! Clarissa was very communicative from the very beginning! This little house was close to my daughter’s wedding venue and it was literally a 5 min drive, which was wonderful when we forgot something! The house is warm and inviting! Loved it!

Pet Friendly Bungalow
My husband & I, along with our boxer and cat were very happy to open the door on this little gem! Very clean, cozy and nicely appointed. This was our 2nd overnight during our trip from Ohio, we moved to New Mexico. All of us were very comfy & the neighborhood was very nice! Thank you for your hospitality, Karen! Great stay in Joplin
We had a wonderful overnight stay in Joplin, MO thanks to the kind, communicative host and beautiful home. Our two dogs loved the big back yard. The house is in a quiet residential area close to the major roads in town, so there's nothing very far away. Would visit again, highly recommended.

Lovely, spacious and convenient
We were so grateful to stay at this house during a cross-country trip. Small details like the fresh flowers and the big, fluffy towels were welcome after a long day on the road. The living and dining area were very comfortable, as were the beds. Everything was clean and cute!

Just what we were hoping for
This house gave us the "home away from home" feel we were seeking. We brought our dog and she was just as comfortable there as we were. The house was even better than described, and larger than I expected. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pup, and the home had a lot of charm. It was comfortable and had everything we could possible need. An added bonus - the fall colors in the neighborhood were lovely. A perfect stay!

Great house with tons of personal touches!
We loved the Breakaway house and will for sure stay again next time we are in town! The beds were comfy, she had toys for the littles and my 4 legged family members loved the fenced in yard! All around a great place to stay with plenty of extras!
