No internet, no customer service, old dirty beds, bugs. I understand that there's apparently from what they said one person trying to take care of all of this themselves but I think it really shouldn't be open until they can accommodate things properly.

Showed up to be told, ya you can stay but we have no heat no hot water. Our pipes burst a few days ago. How ignorant to take a reservation knowing they were broken down. Thoroughly disgusted

Dirt road with potholes. No hot water and no heat. Hornets nest in hotel allowed hornets into rooms. Not open for business at this time. Allowed me to cancel hotel.

Was ok for a one night stay
It looks like they recently changed hands and you can tell they have been trying to clean things up. The carpet and paint seemed fairly new. There were a bunch of dead bugs in the bathroom. We couldn't get the TV to work and I don't think the heater was working, but we didn't really need it yet. You can hear other people talking and kids running around. The base of the sink seems to be unfinished plywood, which is not very sanitary because you can't really clean it. The beds were comfortable and the bedding smelled clean. I liked that they had a table and chairs, fridge and microwave.

There are not may choices in the area, but we expected more. Towels were clean, but damp. The room had flies- both dead and alive. No bath mat. We expected breakfast and the office was locked at 8am.

Two absolute deal breakers... Room was wrong and breakfast was NOT served. I had a three double bed reservation, but was given a room with two. Had to sleep with my wife and son in a double bed! Breakfast is a must, and though it says it would be served, they were "all out" when I asked THE NIGHT BEFORE!

Don't try this place So we were looking for an easy quick stay off the road near the Badlands, and booked this place online the morning of Sept. 14 for that evening. When we got there the place was completely locked up. There was another customer wandering around the parking lot - they had locked their keys in their room and couldn't get in. There was a handwritten note on the door of the office - it listed a number to call. After several attempts to call we got a hold of someone who was apparently driving a car. It was unclear exactly what they were saying, but it was something about "on their way to Rapid City to eat and would be back in an hour." As Rapid City is more than an hour away from this motel, it sounded like it would actually be at least a couple hours. We were unwilling to sit in the parking lot for hours so found another place for the evening. We told them to cancel our reservation. The next day we tried calling the number from the evening before several times - no one ever answered. We then called a number we found for OYO (who actually owns the motel?). The individual there said they would take care of it. The next day we received an email saying that "as we had checked in and checked out, there would be no refund." Perhaps someone at the motel was lying? We tried calling OYO a few more times with similar responses each time. We are now working with our credit card company to reverse the charges.

The outside looks really rough and kinda low grade. However, the room was nice and clean. The onsite manager was wonderful and very friendly. He is doing a wonderful job.

This Place is a Rundown Junkyard
I cannot believe that this motel is even listed on Hotels.com! It should not be. It is a run down junkyard! Our room looks like a teenager’s bedroom project from the 1970’s. Although our room is reasonably clean, the rest of the property is atrocious. The parking area is a gravel lot growing weeds. The courtyard is a concrete slab growing weeds and littered with trash. Did anyone from Hotels.com inspect this place? I think not!

It took a while for the attendant to come to the front desk. No one around and only a gravel area to park or out in the grass somewhere. Car repair was the theme out front. No breakfast. The manager hadn't ordered any food in. He said there may be granola bars.

Very Dark
Very dark entry road. No lights in the lot. When checking in, only light was for the desk clerk. Lobby was dark. Room was dated and the bed was uncomfortable. Door had a window in it so it was impossible for the room to be dark. Room was clean is the only positive. Stay in Wall, you will be better off.

The property is an older mom and pop type motel. It was what you would expect for the price. They said that they would have a breakfast for the next morning for us, but did not open up. Another couple was waitig also. Finally we all left. From the reviews, we should have know this was going to happen. Shame on them!

Dirty, poorly kept up. Advertised free breakfast. Was told at check in breakfast was only bagels and cream cheese. Went to get bagels in the morning and found a total of 3 plain bagels and 3 cream cheese. This motel is a dump. If I had paid 50$ instead of over 100$ that I did then I wouldn’t feel I was cheated.

The property is off the highway on a dirt lot. The receptionist Pete was friendly and accommodating. The room was dirty and buggy.

Check in was ok. Breakfast was a joke! Biscuits and gravy was there with gravy in a crockpot with nothing to eat it on no plates or anything and no forks. A few pastries and granola bars. S little orange juice and water. When we call for staff nobody answered the phone or service bell and nobody was there for check out.

DO NOT Stay here, it has bugs and security issues!
We were locked out and could not check in due to the lobby having a sign that said call this number it went strait to voicemail. After we contacted Hotels.com we final got ahold of the attendant who was nice and check us in. We entered our room to find bugs everywhere and the room was dirty! We could even see a dirt all over the A/C unit so the air wasn't healthy. The worst part was the door to the room did not lock, that was the door open to the street. Because of that we did not feel safe at this hotel and checked out 20 mins later.

The place is very sketch as previous guest indicated in the review. I decided to take a change and hope the bad review was biased. I was really disappointed and never saw such run down hotels before even for must less expensive hotels. The building is in very bad shape overall and trash everywhere, park lot is not paved and over grown with grass. Inside the building is dark and feels like it is not maintained for a long while. We were welcomed to our room by over 30 flies. The bed is not level and with no headboard. pillow are in a corner of the room and on the floor. The pillows are so flat and feels like they were tramped by an elephant. Room has no night stands, no wardrobe, no foot boards, no iron boards, not hir dryer. The coffee table is wobbling like hell and you do not want leave anything on there. Tv was mounted on the wall but not secured and you can not even push the power on button without holding the TV. The cable box and bunch of wires just hang on there behind the TV. Never seen bath room furniture using unlaminated particle board. Towels are small. The hot/cold water can not adjusted at all. Either you have hot water or cold water, the water temperature alternates between hot and cold. To be fair, air condition works well. The size of the room is good. The photos looks better than the actual facility, so don't be fooled by the photos.

Older motel but clean, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the manager(Derric?) made an excellent gravy served with biscuits for breakfast. I would stay there again

It is an older building, we needed a place to sleep, bath, bathroom, It was in-expensive. Check in was simple, guy was very nice, no ice machine but he offered to get some ice from the kitchen in back. No frills, basic 1970 hotel. Bathroom was clean, everything worked, air conditioner. TV, hit and cold water

No one there to check me in, everything locked up for the night. I called the number written on the door and no one responded. Place looks super sketch from the outside too. Had to find a last minute alternative in another town because everything else was booked.

The carpeting was dirty. The coffee maker had no coffee one day and staff didn’t know how to make more. There was a slimy watery mess coming from the pool in the parking lot every day. Yet the pool had no water in it. The room toilet seat was very loose and I asked staff to tighten it. They never did, and we were there for 3 days. Due to the issues that the staff didn’t seem to care about, I wouldn’t pick this hotel despite its lower prices. Other super 8’s nearby were much better.

Tried to stay positive - but I can’t
Not a friendly place even for 1 night with kids. Front desk was out when we arrived - told us to use back door to find our way to room - while came & wake me up at 11pm demanding payment. Promised breakfast be ready at 6 - didn’t happened, we had to use own bagels for kids.

Wasn’t super clean (some mold in bathroom), outside smelled like sewage, the blinds didn’t completely close, and the air conditioner was extremely loud. Pool was not open/available.
