There was a leak in our room leaving a continuous puddle on the floor, the sink dripped, and carpet was coming up in spots. The staff was amazing. There were angry guest because of 2 large busses taking up the drop off area, they handled it amazingly. The man working the dining area during breakfast was so incredibly sweet. The staff truly made the trip amazing.

Well kept property with spacious clean rooms. Parking is a little rough - you have to check in and get your room card to open the gate. Had to back up and go around the block and the small drop off area was very congested. Staff were great though.

The pool was not open and had been closed for aa very long time. The rear entrance front the parking lot did not need a key to get in. The furnishings and decor are so outdated.

Breakfast was really good… location was good as well. Only 1 elevator worked at the time which was annoying. Also some older kids made noise majority of the night playing in the hallway.I hated that parking was a fee. I was not aware at the time of booking so that automatically made me irritated.

Beautiful property, quaint architecture, lots of extras including evening happy hours with complementary drinks, snack bags for the kids, and complementary breakfast. However, 12 floors well over 250 rooms only 3 elevators with 1 to zero working at any given time. Keeps you healthy on the stairs. Lots of noise at night down in the hospital district. Still Worth the stay.

Check-in staff were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast guy cook was mean, rude and annoyed with his job. He was very rude as we only asked simple questions. We checked in on Tuesday and out on Sunday. I opted to spend money on breakfast off property because of the horrible experience. Much customer service training needed for him.

The whole property was rundown and needed maintenance. We had to call for an extra blanket four times and the room was not cleaned (hair in the bathroom and crumbs on the carpet. Plus, breakfast was so underserved that eggs were gone in the self serve line and took 45 minutes to get from the cook to order line

This is a dated property. One elevator was down and it was very busy when we visited, so we had to use the stairs several times due to long waits for the elevator. We also noticed that the night stand drawer kept opening up on its own due to gravity, because apparently the floor was uneven. We put a towel under the front of the nightstand so the drawer wouldn't keep opening on its own. There were other drawers that didn't want to stay closed. The water pressure was very disappointing, and we also heard lots of police sirens on both nights of our stay. They also ran out of paper cups one morning at breakfast, so if you wanted a drink, you had to go back to your room to get a cup, and probably take the stairs, lol. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and there were some fun restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance, which was nice, but I doubt we'll be staying here again.

This is Motel 6 in disguise! Worst experience I've ever had. Check in was a nightmare with additional fees that were not explained during booking. Hotel charges $20.00 a night for parking. Upon entering room it was decent. There were no trash bags in any of our trash cans. Small damaged areas around the room. Bathtub didnt drain during shower. Continental breakfast was good. And pool was good. We assumed housekeeping would come by and pick up dirty towels and trash. Nope. Called office and they told us housekeeping is upon request and has to be requested the day before. Which again no one told us when we checked in. The guy at check in was extremely rude. And lacked customer service. And when we woke up in the morning my room reeked of marijuana. When I told front desk they just shrug and tell me there is nothing they can do. All in all the hotel has no communication with guests on anything. Location is a little sketchy. But conveniently located next to a hospital. So prepare to hear sirens all night. All in all I would never come back here again.

Around 12:30 midnight, some teenagers were knocking on my door real hard. Making loud noise and running around in the hotel. I called the front desk to inform them about the situation. They said they were going to call security. Security said he ran off seven teenagers and one adult off the property. My wife and I were very frightened about this place. The manager said to call expedia so they can reimburse me.

Not what we were hoping for
I grew up staying at Embassy Suites often and it was always top-notch. But, my husband and I did not feel that this was the case with this stay. When we arrived late at night, the parking situation was a pretty big mess. It is quite frustrating to have to pay the absurd $23 to have ourselves and I heard at least 2 other people have trouble with finding a parking spot. The room really was nice and comfortable. But, it was odd that all doors and drawers were open upon entering the room. I am guessing they were showing us all the space? I know it sounds petty, but it was annoying to have to shut them all and it included the fridge which I needed to put some leftover food in and it was lukewarm temperature with a massive ice block on top of the freezer area. I know this is not the hotel's fault, but unfortunately, the guests above us were screaming and/or partying very late into the night. The breakfast was delicious! We were happy about this because it was a major reason we chose Embassy over our other options. Lastly, the hotel was packed this weekend so it was a bummer that by the time we left, 2 out of the 3 elevators were not working properly... So the wait time was rough with a lot of stopping on the way down from the 9th floor. The beautiful hotel just did not seem like it was being kept up as you'd expect with a hotel of this caliber. I am sad to say we will likely not be staying here again.

We booked a room for my daughter’s birthday with a couple of friends to celebrate. We were so disappointed. The pool area was dirty and chaotic. The hot tub was not even warm and the jets were broken. The sauna was also not working. One elevator was not working which made the elevator to the 4th floor take forever each time. One time we waited so long we had to take the stairs. The staff was so limited with only one person at the desk at all times. Our room had multiple things broken or stained and the shower was leaking. I was disappointed in this property and will not stay here again.

Did not like the hidden fees. The reception people rude and breakfast staff except for a very nice lady named Brenda. She was so helpful to me. That may of been her job but she went over and beyond. She cleans tables at breakfast time.

Needs a upgrade. The floors and couches have stains in them. The silverware at breakfast was still a lil dirty. The pool area should be cleaned a lil more often when there is an abundance of customers staying there. Otherwise the stay was great! Just needs some tweaking!

This property is gorgeous. The design of the hotel itself is really nice. But we had several issues which will keep us from ever returning. The front desk staff was very impersonal and quite frankly, rude at check in. There wasn’t a single luggage cart at the area where luggage is actually unloaded (the parking area). Our bathtub dripped all night- no matter how hard I tried to turn it off. The bathtub itself was disgusting. I always take a bath, every time I stay at a hotel. But you couldn’t pay me to bathe in that tub. One of the three elevators wasn’t working- so we waited for an elevator for between 5-20 minutes each time we wanted to go up or down. The pool did not have any towels- and when I asked for some at the front desk, they were “busy”. And the biggest problem- our room was incredibly hot! We had the a/c turned down to 60 (the lowest it would go) and it was at least 80 degrees all night. Despite fans, which we brought ourselves, and sleeping without covers- we all woke up drenched in sweat. This hotel was the biggest waste of $200 for one night. And given the chance, I would have never booked here. Everyone was incredibly grumpy the next morning because we all slept awful.

The first room smelled like sewer. They gave us a new one and the bed was tiny and hard and the dresser was broken. We ended up leaving and not staying the rest of the bight
