Everything was great as far as our stay at the facility. However, the customer service during check in wasn’t. The woman behind the counter seemed bothered to check in my friend and myself.

We didn’t get the name of our receptionist but he was amazing! Definitely will be booking again in the future. Thank you for making it feel like home. We also asked him if we could borrow a sharpie and he let us borrow one. Sir in case you get this we did return it to the front desk :) thank you!

Sliding bathroom doors that do not close .. they almost cover the opening but there is a gap to the bedroom on the side and top. They did not clean my room the first day. I did not get the room I chose and paid for. During breakfast the check was brought while I was still eating and finally check in was and finally I was told at check in that if I don’t get my $100 deposit back there was nothing the hotel csn do and I woukd need to go to my bank.

I don’t think I could ever bring myself to stay at another Holiday Inn again, for as long as I live. I’m currently sitting in a basement “double queen suite” at 12:30am, being lulled to sleep to the sounds of the upstairs bar’s loud-ass bass music and a pack of, what I’m guessing is, Olympic double dutchers pounding on the ceiling above me. This is after my 9 year old son and I got stuck, literally locked in, your elevator about 45 minutes earlier. That ordeal lasted half an hour and involved calling the fire department and a near panic attack for my 9 year old. He never wants to ride an elevator again, so there’s that. I made my way upstairs to let the staff know it was so incredibly loud in our room that no one could even attempt to sleep and it was already midnight. We were told that they would “check on it”. 12:30 rolls around and staff comes to our room to tell us the bar is open until 1 so it’ll shut down soon….. it’s a Thursday. Why the hell does a Holiday Inn bar need to stay bumping until 1am on a Thursday? Why would anyone want to stay here if the walls are bumping until 1 am every night?! Is the HI bar so profitable that it has to stay open until 1am every night? And now, at 12:50am, I’m greeted by a new additional to this midnight symphony and that is the automatic water sprinklers pelting my ground level windows. This place sucks.

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and friendly too! My only 2 complaints are, the ice machine and lounge was right outside my room and it was kinda loud late and early. The other is in the shower there is no place to put your showering accessories. Other than that it was a great experience and we will be back!

The property was very clean. The only issue is when we checked in and were told parking was $25. I saw the sign outside. But it wasn't anywhere on the hotel site. When I asked about the desk clerk said "its only $25 and just one night". $25 now days can pay for my kids to eat while on the road. Every little bit counts. And it was too late for me to cancel and book elsewhere. Just wish we'd known. We had two cars so that was an extra $50.

Beautiful lobby and room, convenient location close to Bartle Hall for our volleyball tournament. Was sharing a room with friends, so would have liked a bathroom door that shuts instead of a sliding door with a gap. Wonderful helpful, friendly staff.

I specifically booked a room that slept 6 (a suite). Upon checking in, we discovered that we had a standard room with two queen beds, clearly only able to sleep 4. I visited the front desk and was told that we were given a “Bridal Suite,” that was considered such because it had been recently updated. Mind you, this room didn’t even have all of the amenities listed as included in a standard room (I.e. refrigerator). After inquiring how we were expected to move forward and what our options were, we were told they were fully booked, had to move people around as it was and that there was nothing they could do. No offer to comp the difference in a suite/standard room, nothing. I asked about getting a rollaway bed and was told that was not an option. I’ve been messaging with Expedia and the hotel is giving them the runaround and refusing to remedy the situation. I have stayed booked with Expedia/Holiday Inns for years and can confidently say that will be the last visit.

Far from everything but very nice and clean hotel. There is a restaurant inside which we did not try, but a plus. I dont know that I would walk around at night.

Hotel is fine. A bit overpriced for the night I stayed but thats just supply and demand. My gripe is the $25 parking fee. 25 to park in a parking lot at a holiday inn? Absurd. Plus they didn't even mention this at the desk. That on top of a $9 facility fee. What does that cover....all the amazing amenities at the holiday inn. Charging 25 to park at a limited service motel is a straight rip off. No thanks

They charged $25 to park in their parking lot. Ibooked the room well in advance. They had a tow truck sitting in the parking lot ready to tow. We were told to be out by checkout cause they would tow vehicles. Being gone by checkout wasnt a problem. It wasnt a professional stay.

The staff was amazing with the kids and truly made them feel special. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. My only complaint was that there was glass in the parking lot.

Overall, the hotel is nice, but if you are looking to get to the airport early in the morning, this is not the place. Also, I complained about the microwave not working and they did nothing about it.
