“doing construction and remodel but still a great place to stay very quiet”

“I normally love this location. However, time spent here was different. There was a hole in the shower, the exhaust fan did not work, the elevator floor had spilled food someone wasted the evening before and even though I told the front desk. It remained there the next morning. Not to mention children running in the hallways early in the mornings. Other than that, the location is amazing and the staff are pleasant.”

“The bedding was stained and has cigarette burns in it. The room smelt like stale cigarettes. I’m pretty sure I asked for a smoke free room. Shower curtain was moldy”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful- even the lady working in the breakfast area was super attentive and friendly to all guests. The breakfast was delicious. My husband especially liked the cinnamon waffles. We stayed in a double room. The room was very spacious, beautiful and clean. My only complaint was the bathroom door. It was an opaque glass sliding barn door that you can see through when the room gets steamy. Also, because it is a sliding barn door, there are slight gaps between...

“Very clean, nice, helpful staff.... business trip and just needed a clean, inexpensive place to sleep.... for the price, it exceeded my expectations. Slightly outdated with quirks so if that bothers you then this isn't your choice. My son really enjoyed that it had a clean pool lol.”

“room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag.”
