“I liked the spaciousness of the room and the convenience of the location to stores & restaurants. The tub stopper would not stay up, so water remained in the tub during my shower.”

A maintenance worker actually walked into our room because he didn't know it had already been assigned. “Il motel è in una struttura moderna a quattro piani con stanze grandi e bagno nella norma. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. Alcuni problemi nel bagno: il phon non funzionava perché c'era un filo staccato e scoperto, lo shampoo in dotazione era uno per tre persone per due giorni. La colazione è il minimo indispensabile. E’ distante circa 10 km dal centro. ”

“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”
