As a travel nurse and avid traveler, I have stayed in many hotels. This, by far, was the most HORRIBLE stay I have ever had at any hotel in my life. I booked here because I assumed that Wyndham had a decent reputation. Upon entering the room, it smelled like mold. The carpet and side of the bed had large stains, and the bathroom was dirty with hair left in the sink. I asked to change rooms, and when I returned from dinner to go to sleep, the bed in the new room had 2 LIVE INSECTS on the sheets. I ended up having to book a room at another hotel just to get a couple of hours of rest before getting back on the road. The front desk staff was rude and unconcerned regarding the issues in both rooms.
I also asked to speak with the hotel manager (Jamie Ferguson), who informed me that the general manager (Kenny) "said that there can be no compensation for the stay". She also stated that she could not provide the contact information for "Kenny". I would not advise ANYONE to book here, and I will never book with Wyndham again going forward.
