The accommodation was excellent. Being on the first floor, an end unit and parking right in front of the unit was an added bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and fridge had an ice maker. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Great Location
We came to Kimberly to golf. The condo was a perfect location. We golfed and could spent time in town. The condo was everything as advertised. The hot tub was awesome and the device from the deck was quiet and tranquil. We’Ll be back next year!

Peaceful Holiday
This was my first experience with Booking a Vacation Rental through VRBO. Very impressed by the owner response to my questions in a timely manner. Location was absolutely amazing!! Pride of Ownership. First floor location your own private Hot Tub, super Clean Property. Master with Ensuite and second bedroom with a bathroom across the hall. Kitchen nice and modern. WIFI and cable TV. Close to Kimberly Town , Alpine Resort Area and if you golf a short drive to Trickle Creek. My most favorite thing was watching the Humming Birds from the comfortable deck chairs. Thanks Shawna and Mike for a memorable vacation.

Condo was quite nice. Everything that was needed was there. Very clean and cozy. liked that it is on the first floor. be sure to visit the Old Crow Emporium if you like antiques and collectables.

Winter in Kimberly
I had a wonderful experience renting this condo, it was comfortable and cozy with the gas fireplace and a good layout with the kitchen,dining and living area combined. The short walk to the lift and being on the ground floor made it easy to put ski boots on at the condo with no stairs to negotiate. I would definitely recommend this property!

This condo is a little piece of heaven. Facing the trees, the north facing deck was cool and quiet and the deer would visit us morning and night. For two senior ladies, having our own bedroom and bathroom was a nice touch and dealing with the owners was a pleasure. We will recommend this property to our friends and would return anytime!

The apartment was fine, the bed was comfortable, and the location was quiet, being on the ski hill during June. Note that the stairs to upper floors are outside the master bedroom - didn't bother us, but light sleepers might notice the people clomping upwards at night.

A great 2 weeks
This unit at Kimberley Ridge was exactly as shown on the listing. It is a clean , well maintained unit with all the amenities. A lovely private deck with really nice chairs but the weather wasn't cooperating so we were unable to take advantage of the outside space. We will surely book again.

Kimberley Hidden Gem
Well located, clean Kimberley condo with all the amenities. Enjoyed the spacious patio which oversees green space bordered by trees. Have stayed here a few times and the owners (Shawna & Mike) are easy to deal with. Good communicators who provide clear, concise condo directions & access instructions. Will come again!

Great condo!
We had a great time—the condo was spotless, wonderfully decorated, very well stocked for cooking, great patio with a gas grill and pretty potted plants, quiet, and just a short drive to golf courses and fly fishing. The owners were very responsive to questions. We will be back!

ideal location
This place is very convenient to the ski hill and for walking and cycling. The town of Kimberley is an easy 5 minute max drive and there is also a trail that leads to the town should you want exercise. We found it ideal for two people and very pleasant. Highly recommend

Golf getaway
Enjoyed our stay in Kimberley very much. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils at this property. Extremely clean as well. Only used one of the bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was with the Bbq. Nice Bbq but we could get any heat from it. It could use a good cleaning but overall would definitely recomend this property.

Hi Brian, I remember our conversation about the bbq. We arrived shortly afterward you left and couldn't believe the condition of our bbq and how some of the previous guests left it prior to your arrival, which was upsetting for us. We rectified the situation immediately so that the bbq could again be enjoyed by us and future guests.

Great little getaway!
My husband and I stayed in mid October, place was super clean, access was easy. We even had a mama bear and her two cubs visit the first night. Right beside the deck...actually I think they were out there while we were in the hot tub, didn't notice them until we got out and dried off but the two cubs were in the tree right next to us. The hot tub is a super nice feature. Would definitely stay again:)

Nice clean place, but officious attitude
We enjoyed staying at this property in Kimberly. It was appropriately priced, accross the parking lot and an easy walk to the lifts. Added bonus was that it had easy access as it was on the first floor. The hot tub instuctions were however inadequate. It started cool and just got cooler - so we didn't get to use it at all. Tried to call the landlord, but they weren't available until just before we were leaving, then told us we didn't understand the hot tub. Generally the tone of the conversation with the landlords was confrontational. They demanded we sign a rental agreement a couple of days before arrival - very inconvenient as we were already en route. There was a list of rules on the fridge basically threatening that any small piece of garbage left in the unit would result in loosing the entire security deposit. Honestly, this kind of attitude doesn't ensure that any of the rules are followed, but it does leave a sour taste in the mouth after leaving. For this reason, probably wouldn't stay here again.

All you need in this condo. It’s like being in your own home. Hummingbirds, deer, quiet, mountain views, comfortable beds for a week get away for relaxing or go down to the town for July Fest with all the activities. We will definitely come here again when we visit Kimberley.

Great location and space
Great location for getaway and golfing holiday. Cozy condo on main floor and only one floor. Park right up to front entrance and very clean with well equip kitchen. BBQ was big and great for BBQing and of course the Hot Tub. Fantastic after a great golf day to sit back and enjoy the Hot Tub. Thank you for a great 5 days

Very nice condo. Great location for skiers.
This condo is in very good condition and super clean. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with staples and spices. On the downside, the alarm system and remotely programmed thermostat gave us a “Big Brother is watching” feeling. The thermostat would heat the condo up at 7 am every morning even when i set the system to “off”. The master is very large but the second bedroom is small. Not ideal if two couples are staying. Also found the hot tub to be overly chlorinated. Couldn't stay in it for long. Did not try contacting the host as we were only there for a weekend.

Location, location, location
The place was perfect, lower floor level makes un-packing your gear easy and again packing up to leave. So close to the ski lift and shuttle, we joked about how far a walk was.inside is brand new and organized. Instructios are all posted clearly.

This is a great spot close to the hill. Sitting in the hot tub after a day on the hill, watching the snow fall was amazing. Everything was clean and well kept, great instructions! Thanks again, we will be booking again!!!

Very Nice place easy access to the hill and amenities and it had a great layout..... Could have done without the pool maintenance guy jumping the balcony to service the hot tub...

Clean, neat and well equipped. As retirees, we appreciate the condo is on the first floor with easy access. Dealing with Shawna was quite straight forward. During our stay, a nearby forest fire resulted in the city of Kimberley executing an evacuation alert. Shawna kept us informed of the situation and showed she was genuinely concerned with our well being. Much appreciated!

Couldn't Have Been Better
Wow, what a great place. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything was lovely, from the furniture to the location to the comforters. It was as private as humanly possible for a condo, quiet, relaxing, the perfect getaway. If we ever decided to buy a condo in Kimberley - this would be the one! Cozy Mountain Condo
Welcoming and clean condo with everything that we needed except lighter blankets. The comforters are very cozy but we like to be a bit cooler when we sleep so would have liked another choice. Having said that there was absolutely nothing else we could have wanted or needed. Very quiet on the mountain with the Peak to Platzl trail very close if you like to walk to town.

Relaxing and conveniently located
My husband and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. While we didn't ski, the property was a quick jaunt to the lift. Shawna was great to deal with, very friendly and quick to respond. The rental was extremely well maintained and beautifully furnished. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in with a partial view of the mountains. We took food to cook and I was pleasantly surprised to see how stocked the kitchen was with utensils, dishes and cookware. All in all I was more than impressed with our stay and would highly recommend.

Clean, cute condo
Our family of 6 recently stayed here for a ski weekend. With the two pull out couches in the living room (in addition to the two bedrooms) everyone slept comfortably - the kids even said the pull out couches were comfy!! The condo was very clean, the hot tub was well maintained and everything worked perfectly. We had a great time and really enjoyed the close location to the hill and lifts. Thanks for having us!

just stayed there with another couple . Hard to beat private bbq for lunches after a short walk from the hill and your own hot tub after a day of snowboarding. Very comfortable beds and amenities . The owners are great to deal with too!
