Sehr schöne Anlage im thailändischen Stil
Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage im thailändischen Stil mit eimem sehr schöneb Garten mit exotischen Pflanzen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und auch das Abendessen ist ja lecker, das einzige Manko sind die Schattenplätze, die sind zu wenig, wir würden wiederkommen, weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat, auch der Hotelmanager war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Prisvärt med bra läge på Klong São Beach
Bra läge med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tyvärr tänkte man inte till vid nybyggnationen av rummen vid poolen då det saknas ventilation i badrummet = mögel.

Skulle komma tillbaka!
Vi fick ett rum med utsikt mot poolen närmast receptionen, väldigt fint! Personalen var trevlig men lite dålig på engelska. Frukosten var så bra som man kan önska sig i Thailand. Skulle kunna bo här igen!

Very disappointed
Koh lanta and Klongdao beach are my highlight of Thailand so far. The beach is beautiful and the bars (especially at sunset) are amazing. It feels like paradise. As for the hotel, let's start with the positives. Location is spot on with beach access and a short walk to bars on the road behind, and the beach end pool is decent with new decking laid. However, a big proportion of the hotel is in disrepair and little sign of work to put it right. We stayed in a family suite around the top pool and it was way past its best. Very basic facilities and a bathroom which never looked clean. The buildings were mainly wood and much of it looked rotten and in desperate need of replacement. NB The rooms nearer the beach looked better for couples/smaller families. The bar and beachside restaurant were no better. Staff with little motivation and an area desperate for a face-lift. Furniture was tired and worn and no interest in smartening it up, apart from when a function was on (think it was a wedding). Tablecloths were laid and a real effort was taken. It looked much better, but just made me mad the same effort wasn't taken daily for paying guests........it wasnt exactly a cheap hotel. Would I go back to ko lanta.....in a heartbeat. Would I stay here...........very unlikely!!

Man kan utveckla sin potential mera. Tex ett tak över restaurangens strandnära utomhusdel, då kan man få fler lunchgäster. Tidvis oacceptabelt långsamt internet.

Dejligt ophold på Royal Lanta
Rigtig dejlig sted med utrolig fin strand. Bedre oprydning på græsområdet med strandstole kunne hjælpe. Ellers var alt meget fint.

Ligging en aanzicht huisjes is prima maar totaal geen onderhoud en investeringen in kamers en zonnebedden. Een ratjetoe aan ligbedden en totaal versleten kussens die ook ongekend zeer ranzig waren. Ook handdoeken op de kamer zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Personeel totaal geen interesse in gasten. Ontbijt is zeer matig. Servies deels kapot en vies. Overall zeker geen 3 sterren waardig. Geen aanrader.

Jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt hotelli. Pinnat melkoisen remontin tarpeessa. Huoneet sinänsä siistit, mutta esimerkiksi lattian siivousta ei viikon aikana juurikaan tehty, joten sotkua kertyi melko paljon. Lisäksi huoneessa torakoita, muurahaisia ja seinien välissä liikkui hyvin aktiivisesti joku nelijalkainen olento, joka piti varsinkin yöaikaan kunnon mekkalaa.

Run down, needs some attention, staff disinterested though there were a few good staff but these seemed to all be managers. Breakfasts very monotonous, no choice, same everyday. Generally disappointing but could be great as the actual resort is well designed.

Helt okej ställe! Rent och snyggt. Lite slitet område men annars var allt okej! Bra frukost och bra städning. AC mycket bra i hotellrum men mindre bra i bungalows där mina vänner bodde.

Vackert men opersonligt.
Vackert men slitet och opersonligt. OK frukost. Vackert och mysigt område men poolområdena behöver renoveras. Man bränner sönder fötterna på trädäcken vid poolerna så skor till och från poolen är ett måste. Läget är dock bra om man vill bo på Klong Dao. Mysiga balkonger/altaner till villorna.

Udmærket hotel. Vi boede på værelse med pool udsigt og der er lidt vej til stranden og morgenmaden. Men virkelig hyggeligt ved stranden og restauranten, hvor morgenmadsbuffet også var. Værelset var lidt kedeligt, men havde det meste. Personalet var enormt søde og hjælpsomme.

War bestimmt mal ganz schön
Schöne Anlage, guter Pool, schöner Strand sehr nahegelegen. Die Zimmer sehr veraltet und abgenutzt, Moskito Netze komplett durchlöchert, die Terassentüre konnte nicht geschlossen werden, ein toter Gekko seit einigen Jahren im Rahmen der Badtüre (zumindest das war davon übrig ist), hier trifft das folgende Sprichwort sehr gut zu "Außen hui, Innen Pf.."

Supertrevlig Resort med kanonläge!
Mysig resort som aldrig kändes trång vid poolerna och med serviceminded personal. Sköna sängar, vi bodde i hotelldelen, bra frukost o gott kaffe. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit, stranden är underbar, långgrunt med sammetslen sand orten. Många restauranger längs stranden med bra mat.

Roligt sted med perfekt beliggenhed
Super dejligt hotel på stranden som er en af de bedste og mest børnevenlige i Thailand. Der et par dejlige poolområder, en afslappet stemning. Boede i en pool wiev suite, meget rummelig og komfortabel. Ok morgenmad med æggestation.

Bra läge, mysigt hotell men dålig frukost
Tredje gången jag bor på Royal Lanta. Första gången var för ca12 år sen och då var vi jättenöjda men måste tyvärr säga att det inte blivit till det bättre. Den äldre poolen som ligger mot havet behöver renoveras, känns inte fräsch. Bageriet/caféet var stängt. Frukosten motsvarar inte ett vad man kan förvänta sig. Läget på hotellet är jättebra och jag rekommenderar att man bokar bungalows som är jättemysiga och inte hotellrummen. Mysigt hotell men stort minus för frukosten.

Good hotel
Nice hotel on the beach. Good pools and rooms. Restaurant ok. But no animation, music at night a little sad ambiance. Good all in all for the price.

Hotel at the beach
We stayed three days plus an extra night because of bad weather, taht prevented us from continuing. We had great help from the staff, who helped us in many ways. Lots of placed to eat and drink at the beach,and only minus is the shallow waters..

We arrived very early on new years day. We got a early check in and a uppgrade to a poolsuite. Very nice welcoming! The resort is very nice with djungelfeeling surroundings. Poolareas really nice but the sunbeds are a little out of date. The breakfast ok, but the Warm food was not warm. Overall a really nice stay in Ko Lanta

Nice hotel! Spa was very nice. Good food. Thus we forgot some snacks open in the room and there was ants on hunt.
