Hotel curato e moderno
Struttura molto moderna e ottimamente curata. Entrambe le piscine sono bellissime, quella interna molto tranquilla e rilassante. Colazione buona (buonissima marmellata Fragola) Ristorante sulla spiaggia ottima qualità. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Camere molto confortevoli. Unica pecca Wi-Fi lento nelle camere.

Pessimo servizio per un presunto 5*
Accoglienza fredda e sterile. In assoluto stile non-thailandese. Arrivati nella stanza abbiamo notato la mancanza del controllo per la rumorosa aria condizionata. Dopo aver fatto notate la cosa alla reception ci hanno subito inviato un addetto al quale abbiamo evidenzaito il fatto che gli asciugamani erano visibilmente sporchi. La struttura in genere non sembra in buono stato così come la pulizia degli ambienti. Colazione molto scarsa a dir poco. Mancanza di succhi di frutta freschi. C'erano solo succhi di sciroppo sintetici. Nonostante il servizio di colazione terminasse alle 10.30 ancor prima delle 10 non si trovano piu' frutta o pancakes. Una mattina abbiamo chiesto il latte e ci e' stato detto che era terminato (suona incredibile). In genere l'organizzazione della colazione e' stata mediocre. Il servizio approsimativo, la qualita' sufficiente ma assolutamente scarsa per un 5*. Durante il nostro soggiorno non siamo riusciti a trovare una bicicletta a noleggio (inclusa nel soggiorno). In piscina spesso non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani.Nessuna cortesia da parte del personale. Al check-out l'unica cosa che ci hanno detto e' stata: "100 bath please" per i normali extra. Non consigliato.

This was an amazing experience and a wonderful peaceful resort. From the moment we checked in until check out. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they upgraded us to an amazing private villa with our own private plunge pool and bathroom all outside. I can’t think of anything that was terrible. Staff were friendly, great breakfast and close with tuk tuk to Saladan market/ walking street.

Hyvä ja rauhallinen resortti kohtuu lähellä muutakin tekemistä. Siisti ja vehreä kokonaisuus. Henkilökunta avuliaita ja ystävällisiä. Huone oli tilava ja toimiva. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Alueen koon huomion ottaen, voit varautua kävelyyn, toki huoneiston sijainti vaikuttaa siihen myös, Illallisravintola kokemukset jäivät meillä yhteen kertaan koska ainakaan meidän valinnat eivät osuneet kohdalleen. Uima-allas toimiva ja tilaa löytyi joka kerta kun sinne pyrittiin. Kun haluaa rauhallista ympäristöä, niin tämä on hyvä vaihtoehto. Voisimme tulla uudestaankin, jos matka joskus tänne suuntautuu.

Quiet, good location, great staff
Wonderful people and a lovely hotel. Everything was nice a quiet for the whole trip and the location right next to the beach was brilliant. Breakfast in the morning was great, but otherwise food was just okay - definitely recommend checking out the local places for dinner instead! Rooms were small for the price (we had the Garden Villa) but functional and clean. I used the laundry service whilst we were there which was quick and reasonably priced. You could likely get it cheaper by going to one of the local places (where you pay per kg) but it was nice to have it delivered to the room. We organised a transfer through them from Krabi Airport which was well worth the price as it’s a long drive (~2 hours). We also used the hotel to help organise a hire car to drive and see the island which was seamless. We would definitely return if visit Krabi again!

Underbart vuxenhotell
Twin Lotus är ett lugnt hotell i avkopplande miljö. Vårt rum var jättefint även om vi bodde i det enklaste rummet allra längst bort. Stort badrum och känsla av spa och harmoni. Underbar beachfront pool med bra service och utsikt. Garden pool var tyvärt något eftersatt och ingen som brydde sig om den. Dock har den mest sol under dagen. Vi trivdes bra här med bra engelsktalande personal och fint område. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka men kommer då bo i en beachfront villa. Rekommenderas.

Overpriced. You can find better places
Overpriced for what it is. Don't get me wrong the place is not that bad but heavily overpriced. Cleanness: Unfortunately when I arrived the bathroom wasn't clean (toothbrush glass was still full with toothpaste from previous customer, toilet, shower, the counters, bathtub...) . Not great but no big deal. So informed them to please send someone. They did so but unfortunately it was almost the same still. Only the toilet has been cleaned. This is what disappointed me. It can happen that something gets overlooked but if it still isn't fixed after the second time I simply don't regard it was acceptable. Especially not for a hotel in this price range. But it's not just the cleanness. Breakfast: It's ok. That really covers it. There is absolutely nothing special or exciting to tell about it. They have an egg station, 3 different fruits, some cereals... Basically the same is offered by low budget places. OK but Mediocre. Pool: Sure looks nice. But if you look a little more carefully. The tiles inside the pool are actually full with plants (algae). Again for a hotel which charges 100 Euro + for a standard room this is simply not what a customer would expect. The room itself was fabulous. The checking and the friendliness of everyone was great, too. As I said. It's ok but just not worth the money (paid 100 euro+)

Ualmindeligt lækkert Resort med højt serviceniveau. Da jeg var på krykker var de meget opmærksomme og kørte mig rundt i buggy på deres areal. Dejligt poolområde med kig til en lækker strand. Et godt udgangspunkt for et ophold på Koh Lanta.

It definitely has a hostel feel. The room we got seemed new and was super cute with a private pool and outdoor washroom. The other buildings, main building with restaurant and bar, definitely needs an upgrade ! No darts for the dart table and a pool table that needs to be replaced. The whole property is pretty decayed but the room was great. We didnt eat here except breakfast which was ok. We switched rooms as they "upgraded" us to ocean view but it was very dungeony and I dont think the bed linens were changed. We changed back to the newer rooms with outdoor washroom. Dirty beach with garbage. The layout is really weird as well ... overall needs an upgrade but you're going out everyday and only need a place to sleep I'd say book in the newer rooms.

Beau séjour dans la tranquillité
Superbe chambre, grande avec un lit très confortable. Nous avons été surclassées à notre arrivée. Le personnel est aimable et la dame qui loue des scooters en face de l’hôtel est particulièrement merveilleuse. Elle nous a poster des lettres au Canada, nous a trouver un transport moins cher que sur internet pour une autre île et nous a aidé pour bien des choses.

The property itself is is spilt in two.. the new lodges where we stayed and the older restaurant/dining area. Where we ate our Breakfast was quite dated in comparison to where we were staying. Over all it was very nice.

Hübsche grüne Anlage, freundliches Personal
Ein sehr hübsches Resort mit freundlichem, aufmerksamen Personal. Großzügige Zimmer und weiches Bett. Leider hat man dem Hotel angemerkt, dass auf Koh Lanta Low Season ist... Das Gelände war nur mittelmäßig gepflegt und insbesondere die Toiletten neben dem Frühstückssaal waren sehr schmutzig. Beim Frühstück selbst war am ersten Tag nichts ausgeschildert was unpraktisch für Veganer und Allergiker (oder Ähnliches) ist. Vor allem bei verschlossenen Töpfen mit undefinierbarem Inhalt. Die Dame an der Rezeption hingegen hat uns sehr ausführlich beraten bei unseren Tickets für die Weiterfahrt.

Lovely relaxing stay, great beach location
Great resort in a lovely location right on a beautiful long sandy beach which was quiet and clean. Service at the hotel is good, we had a problem with the air conditioner in our room but it was fixed quickly. Transfer to the next island was arranged quickly, easily and cheaply via the hotel tour desk, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great choice and quality even for vegetarians. Pools and sun beds are great. Nearby restaurants are good and a short walk along the beach or down the street. Very quiet but that’s what we wanted. Lovely relaxing stay. Good value.

We stayed at the Twin Lotus Resort for our honeymoon. We booked an oceanfront room. The room was beautiful, and view was spectacular. Breakfast every morning was delicious, there were tons of options and service was fantastic. The only issue we had during our stay is the first night we arrived when they were having a BBQ buffet out on the beach. We checked in around 8pm and when we checked in the concierge told us about the beach buffet and that it was going on until 10pm. We arrived at the buffet at 8:30pm with barely any food left. The server told us the buffet ended at 9pm, and that they wouldn't be replenishing any of the buffet anymore. We were disappointed but then decided to just order off the regular menu because we were tired from traveling all day. The food off the menu was not good, and the service was terrible. Our server didn't even say hello or goodbye to us. No thank you or anything. She just asked what we wanted, walked away.. dropped off food & drinks and then walked away.. handed us our bill and then walked away. We expected more for how much we were paying. We went to the front desk the next morning to tell them what happened and all we got was a quick apology. The rest of the stay was great, but not a great first night being welcomed on our honeymoon.

The pool was stunning and the morning breakfast had alot to choose from. The walk from the rooms in the back was pleasent. The staff were so helpful and nice.
