Wonderful Condo and Location!
We had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful, clean, and had a great view of the cove. The condo is well stocked and is close to everything in Poipu. Great communication with the owner relative to stay, check-in instructions, and follow-up.

Outstanding!
What a beautiful, immaculate, and well appointed unit! Everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay was there. We spent hours on the lanai watching the sea turtles and reading. The entire property is very well maintained and quiet, and is in close proximity to incredible dining options. We will definitely be back to Kauai and would eagerly rent this condo again! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Lawai Beach Condo
The condo was very well equipped with an updated kitchen. There is a nice walking path to the shopping center and great views of the ocean from the porch or large windows. I think the condo is in a great area and overall the entire complex looks very well kept. We had a great time here.

40 yr anniversary
We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and chose this location by the listing. Everyeverything was top-notch, clean, and a wonderful location to everything that we did on the island in the afternoons. We got to see the green turtles come in and feed right off the lanai. We were able to see whales spouting And had the beautiful morning sunrise and a short walk through the sunsets. The unit had everything that we needed for our stay and we are completely satisfied giving a five star rating! Mahalo Polly, hope to see you again soon

Lovely Stay in Beautiful Unit!
The unit is beautiful. Host was very helpful when we had one issue come up. We really appreciated the beach gear which included boogie boards, 3 chairs, snorkel supplies and a cooler. The only slight negatives is the master bed was loud and creaky whenever anyone rolled over, and we didn't catch that shampoo, conditioner and body wash wasn't suppled. I'm become used to that being available in other rentals but I've learned to not assume that! Neither of these small issues were a big deal and we would totally stay here again.

Paradise and Turtles, what more could you ask for!
Lots of light, clean, very well laid out and comfortable for the two of us. The view and sunrises are stellar from inside and outside. Air conditioning in the living and bedroom areas worked perfectly and adequately cooled the entire space. We had a small personal issue and Polly, the host, took care of it immediately, thank you Polly! The deck is lovely with comfy new furniture and we watched the turtles daily. Kauai is definitely our favorite island and we look forward to coming back asap!

Beautiful condo
Everything about this place is great. Sit on the lanai watch sea turtles and whales. As close to the water as you could ask for. Unit is supplied with everything needed for your stay. Highly recommend this place

Will be going back to this condo
Great views and location. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. All we had to do was run to the grocery store or go out. She loved the couch and would usually fall asleep out there. I liked the BBQ area. It was a great place to meet other people staying there while using the BBQ. The other thing that I can say is the employees were awesome. We go to Hawaii every year to different islands, and we are going back to this unit in 2024.

Perfect Location & Peaceful
So quiet, but so close to everything. Thoroughly enjoyed having ocean right outside our balcony with many sea turtles to scout out. Condo was clean & more than met our needs space & kitchen-wise. Very comfortable bed. Decor is very tasteful. Would stay here again!

Nice Location, Needs Some Attn
Great location and oceanfront view. Sea turtles are legit. The mold problem mentioned in another post is still a problem. Condo smells like mold. Furniture cushions outside have seen their day; torn, smushed, faded. No cutting board so used a plate=dull knives. Last, grills outside barely work and furniture is covered with bird poop.

Hi Kristin, I apologize for the less than ideal conditions. We do have new seat cushion on the way arriving on 11/22. Sorry they were not there for you. I requested pictures of the shower from the cleaner as we did address this from the previous review. The shower dis coloration is from the caulking. We have bleached and scrubbed repeatedly. We have now re caulked the area at the shower door. We replaced the filters in the AC to manage any odors. There is one round wood cutting board and 2 plastic ones in the condo. There is also a knife sharpener in the drawer with the knives. Finally I have passed your comments on to our building manager to check and clean up the grilling area. Again we apologize for problems. Everything you need and more
This apartment is perfectly placed - turtles on one side, snorkelling on the other. Quiet and well appointed you will find everything you need for a relaxing time in the Poipu area. Food and shops are nearby, beautiful coastline is everywhere. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place.

Great spot!
New to this side of Poipu, we usually stay closer to Brenackes, to our surprise we loved it here, the close proximity to everything AND so much quieter! The view is beautiful, sunrise and sunset watching is amazing from the outside patio. Thank you for sharing your Hale with us!

Poipu Condo
Great location. Everything was good except the shower. The shower had mold on the ceiling and all 4 corners of the shower floor. My wife and I were very disappointed in how dirty the shower felt because of the mold. I understand it is a tropical location and humidity is high, but paint the ceiling and bleach the shower if you are renting it.

Wonderful Condo in Poipu
We stayed here while getting married on the island and enjoyed our stay at this condo so much. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The host Polly was quick to respond if we ever had any questions. The view was amazing and we saw turtles from our balcony almost everyday. We were very pleased with the location of Kuhio Shores, we felt like we were right in the middle of Poipu and just a couple of minutes from shopping, eating, and amazing beaches. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Incredible stay!
We loved this apartment and would definitely book it again! It was a central location for all the hiking we did, close walk to a beach and close to some food (all within about a half mile) the best part about the location was how close it is to crashing waves. It drowned out any noise around you so you really felt like no one else was around. Pretty incredible to wake up and watch the sunrise each morning. I’m going to miss it!

Great home!
This home is a in great location and wonderful view of the sunrise in Kauai. From our balcony we saw the turtles surfing every single day. A three minute walk got us right on the beach. The room it self was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Polly!

Amazing views from Poipu
The condo is clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location couldn’t be much better. We enjoyed being close to beaches, easily able to explore the south and west side of Kauai, and the sunsets from the lawn of the condo complex cannot be beat! The view (and built in ocean soundtrack) from the lanai were also spectacular.

What a View

Perfect place to relax!
We loved this unit as our place to relax between our many activities. The kitchen has the gadgets and cookware you’ll need, as well as a few staple items. I spent our afternoons/evenings watching the turtles, which became my new favorite hobby. The sunsets from the lawn around the corner were lovely. I found the bed very comfortable, and the AC was plenty powerful. We also had plenty of hot water. We appreciated being able to use beach chairs, snorkel gear, and a boogie board. If we ever return to this side of Kauai, we’d 100% stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
You would feel like you belonged there and be transfixed with your view, breeze, turtles, activity in the park and can walk barefooted to a short walk to the seaside area. If you have walking issues you can see so much. Loved our stay!

Excellent location, beautiful condo with stunning views
This property is excellent in all aspects. The location is beautiful and very convenient. The inside is spacious and exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is chef ready had all the amenities we needed. My husband and I loved sitting on the balcony and seeing/hearing the ocean right below us. A bonus was discovering the beach right next to the property is great for snorkeling. Highly recommend this condo.

Waterfront and beautiful
Love this building...constructed of concrete, even between the units which makes for a quiet stay. Beautiful kitchen and quality furnishings create a comfortable environment. We did experience some WiFi problems, but they were promptly addressed. Fantastic views and location. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying in the future.

Fabulous Condo!
Don’t even know where to begin. Location is perfect, condo with its size and view is sooooo much better than a hotel room with its 800 sq feet of well appointed furniture. The king bed was comfortable and everything was in working order in the full kitchen. Closet was full of snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs… We are very happy about making this condo our home for our 3 day vacation on Kauai! Highly recommended

This was an excellent property. We’ve stayed in many VRBO listings and I have to say this was the absolute best. Well appointed and very well stocked with all we would need - just needed to add the groceries. I really loved the fact we did not have to supply all the spices to cook. Great location to nearby beach and the Beach House for dining
Very nice 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the water. AC was great. Very nice kithen with all that you need. Quite too. Walking dictance to many good dining spots - Eat at LiveFood. Walk to a snokel beach. THe washer dryer on the properrty floor came in handy. Walk between the property and the Beach House and sit on the lawn infront of the restuarant to watch the sunsets.
